What a great shipping label printer! After years of printing labels from my laser printer, finally, using half sheet labels, the label jammed up and the printer is not able to be repaired. So, started looking for a shipping label printer and this one was in my price range, ordered it and it has turned out to be the most awesome way to print labels. The software that came with this did not install a driver. Had to go to the control panel, view devices and printers, select add a printer and windows 10 found the printer. Just thought I'd add this in case anyone else had a hard time trying to find the printer after hooking it up and installing the software. Thank you for making such an affordable shipping label printer that seems to do the job!

I think it works great. The labels can be a tad light sometimes, or have fades in the lines, but it gets the job done. No technical errors so far, and set up was super quick and easy. Save money and get this over the name brand ones!

Don't really understand the negatives for this machine. I am so absolutely glad I got this label printer! The speed is incredibly fast, the label sticks very well to any package even over glossy tape. No more toner to buy, prints immediately. I didn't need to call tech support for this machine but I called ebay to ask how to set my settings for a 4x6 label and they were extremely helpful. If you do a lot of shipping you won't be sorry if you buy this! As far as not using rolled blank labels, I am glad. This way the labels come out nice and flat. Added: Someone asked the question on how to set it up. I answered with a mini tutorial which I hope helps across all customers' computers. I think you will find that it isn't that the printer is "cheap" it's just that you need to set it up properly.

no instruction came regarding how to download the driver. You can easily go to MFLABEL.COM then download driver then choose windows or mac. It took longer to find the driver than to install it. My home computer does not have a disk drive so I couldn't automatically install. My first print isn't exactly perfect and I thought it would be clearer, however, I am keeping it because I need a label printer so bad. This was the cheapest option for me for a label printer and so far so good!

Used to print labels off my inkjet with 2-page sticky labels but it was becoming more of a hassle than I'd liked so I got this little printer. Pros: >printing speed >quick set up >easy paper size adjustment >very low price compared to other printers. Cons: >instructions require a little bit of patience to understand Despite the instructions being tricky, setup itself was relatively fast. You plug it in, run the disk, install the driver from the disk (it also comes with label maker software and other stuff but it's not necessary), and then your printer is ready to go. With a bit of patience, this is a great printer and it feels powerful. It has a small footprint, too. I store it in a cubby under my desk when I'm not using it. Paypal shipping doesn't include this printer on its list of "printers" for multiorder shipping, but setting it to one of the 4x6 (or whatever label size you're using) options works.

Out of the box set up was easy and I was up and running with test documents... then I tried printing labels off amazon or ebay marketplace. Unfortunately no matter what I tried I could not get the size to format correctly. I played with all of the settings in the printer software and the marketplace settings but could not figure it out. I emailed the seller and received a quick reply but just did some basic troubleshooting that I had already attempted. Finally at a last ditch effort I went to their website and downloaded the drivers to see if anything was missing (I initiatly installed them off the the mini cd provided) and saw an option to “update drivers”. After that and resetting my computer I went into ebay marketplace and it was so close! Finally with one last adjustment to 90% I got it! On amazon it also solved my problem to use their printer connect feature that is designed for thermal printers. You have to sync your special code they give you and then it worked perfectly too!

Use this for my small Etsy, maybe print 10 or so a week and has been great so far! So excited to find a label printer in a decent price range!

I am not sure why has so little reviews about that printer and why are some experienced problems to install the printer, honestly it was so easy that I was surprised. If you know how to turn on your computer, insert the cd that comes with the printer, plug USB and power cables and know how to read the instructions in the monitor, well it cant get easier. FYI, I have an online business and I print daily, I had a Zebra lp2844 but it was needing a new head to print as labels started print faded, instead of a new Zebra or Head replacement I decided to invest in something new and I found MFLABEL on Amazon. I was not sure because could not find much about it on the internet or here so it was not an easy decision but I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did! I received it today, I opened the box, plugged it into the power and also plugged the USB cable to my notebook (Win 10) all without turn the printer ON. I opened the quick manual (paper comes with it) and literally just checked the first and second page to see how to adjust the thermal paper but did not put it yet as the printer was off. Now I turned the switch of power on in my printer and placed the mini cd in my laptop and ran it to install drivers (just read the messages in your monitor) once it ended I take a PDF file that I saved with my early labels (I save my labels in PDF for documentation) and placed the thermal paper in the printer (here you just place it to touch the roller area and after you close the printer just click in the green squared bottom in the top so the printer can adjust the paper) once all was adjusted I clicked in print in my PDF file and selected the new printer in the dialog box (check in the advanced settings if the correct size autoselect, if not just choose the size, in my case when I chose the thermal printer it auto-selected to the sizer I need) and "BUM" click print and it printed fast, crisp dark and perfect.... That is it, not a big mystery. Of course, if you barely know how to turn your computer on it may be hard but even so, it is very intuitive same any regular printer. NOTE: I have not tried setting it in any marketplace or shopping cart etc because I usually save it all in a PDF for my records and from that, I print my labels, however, I assume it will not be a huge. Hope it helps if you are not sure about buying it or if you are worried about how hard it is to install. Good luck for you guys!

Great printer! Just when I gave up and was about to send it back, I decided to try it one more time. If you are using it for PayPal you have to make sure that you go into shipping settings on PayPal and change the printer setting to Zebra LP2844 in order for it to be formatted correctly. You HAVE to do this before you produce the label because if not you'll have to void the label and start over because it will print the label very tiny. Hope this helps.......

Felt compelled to write a good review for this printer after seeing it the negative ones - have to stand up for it! I've had 2 Dymo Xls conk out on me just when I need them most - they would also frequently jam up & then I'd waste an hour cleaning the sticky off them. I've had this printer for months now & not once have I had to clean it. It's cheaper AND faster than my Dymo's were. I use the cover from one of my Dymo's for rolls I had bought & it works great - so I didn't have to buy a separate stand. I've used up my rolls & now I'm using the folded labels & I'm happy with how they are cheaper in bulk too.
