great quality product, excellent customer service

I bought a baby gate for my new fur baby. In order to protect my walls I thought a Wall Nanny pack might be a good addition to my order. However, I couldn't help but to be annoyed the day I received my order with just 2 out of the 4 wall protectors. I went back to check and verify I had read the description right, which I had. Upon contacting the vendor she immediately sent another package with all 4 wall protectors. Since I'd already received 2, my expectation was to get the missing 2. I was not expecting a whole new pack. So I'm impressed with TMW Family Company LLC. Not only do they sell a great quality product, their customer service is excellent. I'll be purchasing from this vendor again.

I bought these after being recommended them by another shopper, I bought 2 sets as they came highly recommended and I really needed my baby gates to stop slipping. I must say I'm very happy with these and will buy again for sure. The pads are very sturdy and rigid, combined with the non-slip pads and small size and these bad boys will fit just about anywhere; I found the small square shape actually to be super helpful to let the gates rest naturally on the base boards or floors, and to help you line up the tops and bottoms of the gates. No more kids getting into the wrong rooms and no more gates

Exactly what I needed

I was on amazon searching for a new baby gate for my stairs. The current gate I have was just a little bit too small to reach across the stairway and would not stay secured because one side is on a round post instead of a flat wall. Then I found the wall nanny. Not only does it protect my wall from being damaged by the gate, it also gave me a couple more inches to get the gate to extend very tightly and securely and also works on the slightly round log posts I have on one side. Great product and only took a couple of minutes to install. Holds very securely even with lots of traffic up and down stairs and multiple gate openings/closings. Love it!

Protect your walls and newel posts but also give a more secure install

This was a very simple solution on how could we install our Regalo gate without damaging our brand new stairs. It is not recommended to use a pressure mounted gate at the top of stairs, but we feel this is fine for our child and his lack of interest in the gate. I do know some children push and run at gates - so use judgement. We had these gates installed at our last house without these additional pieces and the gate scratched up that wall and we were not able to get it as tightly secure. These are very small and visually nice. Functionally because they are small they work in a lot more situations than if they needed a larger flat surface area.

Perfect for use with any gate

These wall nannys are GREAT! We’ve used them for two VERY different gates and they’ve worked for both. They stay in place very well as long as you put the right amount of tension on the gate arms. And you can easily move them or take them down if you move your gate. We have several sets for the different gayes we use and they work with all of them. I’d highly recommend these!

Had a Summer's Infant foot release gate that would release across the room from time to time, due to bad grip in the doorway. There is a little hole in the center of each unit that is perfect for a decently strong screw to go into the wall if you want, for extra staying power. We did put a screw in each of the Nanny units before putting the gate back up. It's been up for a while now and solidly in place. The Wall Nanny holders did EXACTLY what I was hoping they'd do. Perfect product to add stability to baby gates!

These worked out perfect for what we needed it for! I take care of multiple kids during the week, and I was paranoid that they would knock down the older, wooden baby gate at the top of the basement stairs...and then it happened. So I purchased a new gate, extra pressure mount screws (longer ones for more stability), and the wall nanny mini protectors. I can say with confidence that these bad boys have put my mind at ease. It holds the gate in place and is VERY sturdy, even with the kids literally hanging on it like they’re trying to make bail. I highly recommend these (make sure you order the right size for your pressure mounts for maximum hold) so that the gate doesn’t ruin your walls and door jambs.

This really works well!

I had a rather big problem with a dog gate I purchased a few years ago. The adjustable pressure mount cups were continually loosening and/or sliding off the wall causing the gate to come crashing down. I also noticed that it was digging into the wallpaper to the point that it was leaving small tears. I needed some sort of grip to keep the mount cups in place. A quick Amazon search brought me to this product. Wasn't sure it would work, but for the small cost, I bought it blindly. I simply inserted the gate cups into the Wall Nanny cups and tightened the pressure mount. The rubber grip on the Nanny Cups ensures that the gate is not going to slide -- and it no longer does. This low-cost addition to my pet gate made all the difference in the world. My pet gate now stands more firmly than it ever has and I don't have to worry about it coming loose, or being knocked down when my two dogs are jumping on it. This was a real life-saver. I highly recommend this product.

So Far So Good

We made the purchase to save money and use the gate we already have. The gate is used to keep our doggie out of the bedrooms when we leave the house. When he's by himself, he sometimes knocks down the gate to run and hide which sets off the motion detector in our home. The wall nanny is easy to install and screws (not included) into the wall to stabilize our gate. Shortly after the install, the lights went out in our home and doggie made a run for it to try and hide, but could not get through the gate! That's the good news. The bad news is my family still needs to get used to it being installed. Not used to the gate being so stable, my son and later my 200+lbs husband went flying after they walked into the gate expecting it to quickly swing open as it usually would (Lol) . They're both fine and wall nanny a little loose, but it’s still bolted to the wall. Great product and customer service. I recommend this purchase.

Well made and solid designed.

These worked well as our Regalo gate was scratching up our wood floor because it was always moving. Allow for a tight fit because the thickness on these mounts add to the width. Maybe add 1 inch overall. Height is 0.8 inches. You will have this issue with any heavy duty mount. Just don't want you to be surprised. I add a screw through the middle for an extra secure fit. You won't really need to do that as the base has rubber bumps which will keep the mount in place. Our gate is used often and was beginning to mar the walls. These mount cover that up now. The gate is rock solid now. The Wall Nanny is well worth the price and is well made. I highly recommend this product.
