Nice color assortment, amazing customer service.

Nice selection of colors in good sample lengths. Some of the colors I haven't seen in any other assortments (and I buy A LOT of assortments): the "metal bronze" is more of a metallic goldish green, almost metallic chartreuse, and the six transparent colors are very light, perfect for subtle jewels, vehicle lights, etc. None of the material seems overly-brittle, a problem I've had with some other brands. And customer service from Mika3D was amazing: my package arrived missing a couple of colors, and when I contacted them about the problem they responded by immediately sending replacement material 2nd-day-air (from China!), and communication with them was excellent. Very satisfied, I'll definitely buy their filament again. Picture shows a spiral fluted vase, scaled down from full size and printed 30mm tall. Single wall, this is the translucent blue... I think the fluting reduced the transparency.

Super fun

This is my first 3D pen. I’m still figuring out how to use but it’s been a ton of fun. The pen comes with a bunch of different colored filaments. I would recommend getting a mat to use with it. The family and I had so much fun making cats, houses and butterflies. The filament doesn’t get too hot and I also loved the safety feature that it turns off when not in use.

Bought as gift

I bought this as a gift for my niece who turned 8 recently, and her and my nephew really enjoy it. My sister face-timed me to show me the cool things they were making with it. Seems pretty neat for kids. I don't know anything about how the temperatures work on it, so it may require adult supervision. If you're looking for a gift idea for younger ones but aren't really sure what to get, I would highly recommend this.

This was a great set of sample colors to go with my new 3D Pen. THere's enough variety to make some interesting objects without running out. But, once you have a palette of colors you like to use, it probably makes more sense to buy larger spools of those colors. I'm almost out of the silver and the blue. I love that there were several tinted clear options as well as the silver/gold. Really is a nice range - which was why I bought this as a starter set. I made this bug using these PLA filaments - and an old sample shampoo bottle.

LOTS OF COLORS

My granddaughter got one of the 3d pens for Christmas and had used up all of her filaments. Her pen used the 1.75mm size and this particular brand was the right size and lots of different colors for a really good price.

Not really enough to ever print with, but I use them as decoration next to my printer in an organized fashion and it helps my customers decide on a color they want their products printed in

Would recommend for fun playing

I got this for my kids’ 3D pen, they are very nice filings. It came in a lot of colors. They are universal and can fit any type of pen. The filling came out smooth, and also very easy to draw with. My kids had a lot of fun play with them. The price is good compared to other brands

We purchased this to accompany the 3D pen that we purchased for our daughter. This kit comes with a wide array of colors and a very generous amount of each one. The price was right and each filament has fit perfectly in the 3D pen we purchased. Be sure to check the mm size of filament that your 3D pen uses to make sure it is compatible.

Perfect amount for my daughter's 3D pen!

Got this set of 3D pen refills for my daughter's Christmas present to accompany her 3D pen. She is only 5 years old, so her art skills have not fully developed yet. I wanted a set of filaments that had plenty of different vibrant colors, but would not break the bank as well. This fit the bill perfectly. There are 24 different colors and they are not too long, but not too short either. Perfect size for a 5 year old attention span (they like to change out colors frequently. I felt the price was fantastic and the colors are so rich. I also like how it comes in different finishes like metallic. Will be purchasing more once we run out!

I got a 3D pen for my little cousin awhile ...

I got a 3D pen for my little cousin awhile back however the default colors that came with the pen were only a few and she loves to draw and make art projects so it got used up quickly. I wanted to buy just the ink filaments and came across this set. Wow! I was totally impressed by the wide assortment of colors. These fit into the pen perfectly. My cousin already used up half during Christmas so I might just buy her another set!
