My shift linkage bushing at the transmission wore out after 150k. The VW dealership does not sell the bushing as a separate part, instead they want to sell the entire shift cable. Mine was still in great shape, except for the bushing. I was happy to find that your company offers replacement products to fix only what needs to be repaired. Replacing the bushing not only saved me the cost of the cable, but installation labor as well. Saving both money and time. Installation 15-20 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Fit 2016 VW Jetta

Good replacement for broken linkage. It is better designed than it looks in the picture. It fit my 2016 VW Jetta (the Amazon part finder said it didn't). It appears VW does not make this part and you have to buy the whole cable to repair otherwise.

Great product, can’t beat the price. Shifter now works just like new. Amazon said it didn’t fit me 2013 Jetta but it fit perfectly.

Fast service and economical

The bushing saved me a lot of money. No telling how much money I would have spent at the VW dealership to get the shift cable fixed since VW doesn't sell the bushing by itself. The hard part installing it was trying to fit the bushing into the cable end. It was like trying to fit Texas into Rhode Island. However, it finally popped in.

I'm 100% satisfied with this product. I was concerned because only one bushing is offered for the VW Jetta. In most cases, getting the correct repair parts for my MKIV Jetta requires that they be for the exact engine/transmission/trim level. I had called the company directly, and my voice message was returned promptly by a very courteous and helpful representative who assured me that this bushing would fit my vehicle. This got me out of a jam and my car is back on the road.
