Beautiful! Bought for a spare room/office space

Beautiful! Bought for a spare room/office space. Fits perfectly. It's not terribly comfortable to sleep on when folded down, but I laid a mattress pad on top and that did the trick perfectly. Fabric is durable and the design is gorgeous, the legs are so modern! Very satisfied!

Great deal for a $200 futon!

I purchased this for my home office/guest bedroom. I wanted to get rid of the huge bed in our guest room and replace it with a futon for guests and a sitting space for my clients. OK -- a few things. The price is so affordable because the fabric isn't the greatest (and not the worst) and the fabric is stapled on and not neatly. BUT you can't even see it because it is tacked on the bottom of the sofa. I hope no one spends their time looking at the bottom of a sofa. Anywho, the futon is definitely very firm, but I don't find it to be uncomfortable. If you like, you can add a foam mattress if you're having guests or if you are sleeping on it frequently. I ordered the pink and for the most part it is a blush pink, but it can look mauve in certain light. It looked mauve under my stair's recessed lighting but pink under my office's floor lamp. Oh, be sure to pull out the reinforcements if two people sleep on it. I tested both sides out to see if 2 people could fit on it, and I almost fell off because the weight wasn't evenly distributed. The legs are hidden in a compartment behind the pillows. BTW, two slim people could fit, but this is definitely made for one person. My husband put the futon up in about 45 minutes; it came with tools, but my husband did use some of his own for a better grip then those cheap tools that come with things that need to be assembled. I helped only on one section so he didn't have to hold it alone, but it can be assembled with one person. The box that it arrived in is pretty large, but it's amazing how well this futon is folded up in the box. Don't overlook the instructions. You have to open the futon and the instructions will fall out. Look, if you're looking for a premium futon for $200 then don't do it. But, if you understand how much fabric costs and how expensive good furniture really costs, then you'll find this futon to be a good deal. I think it's cute and a good value. I wish I had a reason to buy the other colors. :) Overall, I think it's an ingenious concept and look for the price.

Gorgeous sofa.

Fedex delivered my package in a timely fashion - I actually received my package a day in advance. The box arrived in “good” shape with only a small rip here and there. I was concerned whether it would arrive in one piece because there’s quite a few reviews complaining about the box being destroyed in transit. Assembly was very straight forward and only requires 45 minutes. I had zero problems while installing the legs and everything was a breeze. 2 people would definitely have this set up easily in 30 minutes. I’m currently laying on the sofa now as I type this review and I’m stunned by all these negative comments claiming the sofa is hard as a rock. One review compares this sofa to sleeping on a concrete slab. “Feels like sitting on an open box of metal hangers” another customer wrote. These remarks have seriously left me baffled because I find the sofa to be extremely comfortable for the price I paid. Color is accurate and I’m glad I went with the navy. The thin material does feel somewhat on the cheaper side and appears stretchy/loose/elastic(?). I can see it becoming stretched after normal to heavy use but I have no problem using a throw towel to cover any defects. Once assembled, the sofa looks absolutely stunning. It’s not too long or too short, Im 5’8” and this sofa feels like it was designed specifically to accommodate me! No complaints. No fetal position needed. No having to hang my feet over the sofa sides. I can lay perfectly with a little extra room to spare. Let it be known - I have not slept on the couch or used the bed setting but when I tested the sofa as a mattress, It wasn’t at all uncomfortable nor did I flip over like some people have mentioned. I’m around 150lbs. While the legs feel sturdy, I wouldn’t recommend moving the sofa unless it involves 2 people. Because the construction quality is mediocre, I can see the legs snapping very easily by dragging it across carpet. Overall, I’m immensely satisfied with my purchase. I had this item saved in my shopping cart for months, monitoring new reviews frequently before I decided to take the plunge and order and I’m so glad I did. I was eyeing similar couches in the same price range but in the end I kept returning to this particular sofa because it’s just total eye candy. Will update this review if I encounter issues.

Great couch!

We bought this couch to replace one that had started falling apart. The shipping was quicker than expected, and arrived in great shape. There were no reviews on Amazon when we ordered, but a quick search, found a few sites that had four and a half stars. The couch was easy to put together, and looks very nice. The cusions are fairly stiff, and provide great support. I have a bad back, and have to be careful where I sit, and this couch is perfect for it. My family and I love it! It seats all four of us nicely!

Versatile

I spent months trying to find a couch for my new apartment. My new place is on the third floor with windy stairs. Plus, I may move again so rather than get new furniture every time, I opted for something durable/Versatile. So, my options were limited. I had to have a couch that came unassembled and can be reassembled, not too wide, and definitely not too heavy. Another detail is I have a dog, so it needed to be easy to clean! A lot of “must-haves,” for one piece. Then this beauty showed up! Checked off all the boxes, And a few more! It was tough to bring it upstairs, but very easy to assemble. No “new furniture stink.” Dog hair (corgi) doesn’t stick, spills easy to wipe away, and is comfy to lay on. I do use this quite a bit in my living room. I’ve even slept on it, no issues!

Pretty Good Deal.

This is awesome. Nice size, seems sturdy. I almost want another one. Wish there were more color options. Also, I have seen people comment about the futon tipping over when reclined to laying position, well, people- there are supports built in. See those almost hidden zippers on the backside ? I would recommend this item.

Very impressed with this couch especially for the money! We put it in our Airstream trailer, and it has taken the design to another level. So happy we pulled the trigger on this. I also like the mustard color; unique and funky. It is firm but still comfortable.
