Train yourself to kneel, before zod...
I'm 225lbs solid dude, back was killing me. Got this chair, took me a week or so to build up the muscles in my shins to get used to the new weight distribution, my pain is GONE. Love this chair, plan on getting a fancier one down the road, but I'm very happy with this.

Better than the Sleekform chairs
Better than the Sleekform chairs. This chair has the tilted seat which you need to truly benefit from a kneeling style chair. It is also adjustable both on the seat height on the knee height making it highly customizable for people short and tall. I have chronic hip and lower back pain despite being young and healthy and this has saved me when I need to sit and work at the computer. I have a standing desk with a balance board as well but you can't stand all day or for some kinds of work, so this chair has been great.

Bought this for my husband to use at work. He has a standing desk but also sits about 3 hours a day. He has had 5 back surgeries and sitting at a desk causes a lot of pain. He loves this chair! He has only been using it one week but his back is feeling better and as a bonus he says he can feel it working his core a little. The chair has nice thick padding and it was easy to put together. I put it together by myself.

Rescues my back, so glad I bought it!
This chair rescues me from the misery of back pain. I have a chronic back pain that when it's acute I cannot stand straight or after sitting in a conventional chair I have a hard time walking. This chair eliminates the latter situation and gives me a relief when I cannot get comfortable in any other position. I like the relief that this chair gives me so much that I bought a second one for my office outside of the house. The assembly was easy, though a second pair of hands for holding things as one assembles is really helpful. My husband was that extra pair of hands, and we were done with the assembly in about 15 mins.

easy to assemble and very adjustable for my 5'0" height
Well made, easy to assemble and very adjustable for my 5'0" height!!! Loved the extra cushioning on the seat and kneeling pad. I had purchases a similar product years ago which failed miserably due to the fact that it was not height adjustable and that the cushioning was limited to a thin pad. Love it!!!

I think this chair is great and it's surprisingly comfortable
I think this chair is great and it's surprisingly comfortable. I've only been using it for about a week now, but I am pleasantly surprised by the comfort. I have very poor posture, I have arthritis in my neck, and I sit behind a computer at least 8 hours a day. My poor posture and hours of laptop and mobile phone use has lead me to severe neck and back pain.... And keep in mind I'm only 35 years old. I decided to try this chair on a whim, because at this point, anything is better than neck and back pain. (I've only been using this a week, so I'm not here to tell you that the chair has cured all my problems, that's obviously not true). HOWEVER, this chair forces me to correct my posture! Which is exactly what I need. After long periods of use, at times your shins/knees get a little tired but that's OK because it forces me to get up and actually walk around for few minutes. Which is a good thing, because it gives me a break from my computer for a few minutes. I bought a pillow to use for my bum which helps with comfort. I've never used it without a butt pillow, so not sure how comfortable it is without a butt pillow. The seat itself raises and lowers to your comfort. And the knee holders can be adjusted also by taking out the pin on the bottom of the chair and adjusting the pin to a different setting (further or closer to you). Also, I didn't get rid of my regular office chair. I like having the option of switching chairs in case I get tired during an 8 hour day. I have the option to sit back in a regular chair. These are just things that have worked for me.... I'm definitely happy with my purchase. Hopefully in a few months I'll notice my posture increase dramatically and my neck pain disappear (I'm hopeful for that!)

Metal frame, decent faux leather seats which are comfy, great packaging job, overall nice kneeling chair!
I got this as a replacement for another chair I've had for about 9 years. My other one was made out of wood and I had to repair it quite a few times which wasn't too hard but this one is made out of metal which I'm hoping will be more sturdy. So far it seems to be holding up well and the seat is made out of what looks like some decent synthetic leather material. It's comfortable and easy to clean. It adjusts to different size users pretty easily and was quick enough to put together that I did it in less than 30 min before going into work one morning and brought it with me. The packaging was somewhat impressive as this came double boxed which I usually only see with ceramic materials being shipped, so bravo to this seller for the great packing job. All-in-all I like this chair and hope to use it for another 9 years like my old one (or maybe longer!).

Comfortable and Functional
Sitting at this chair as I write this review. I love it! The chair is perfect for work and slides easily under my desk when not in use. There is significantly less pressure on my lower back when kneeling than when sitting in a conventional office chair. The padding for the knees/shins is thick enough to allow me to sit for about two hours before my shins begin to get a little sore, but honestly I enjoy that. It's a great reminder to get up and walk around every few hours, even when in the heat of the work day. Sturdy craftsmanship. Arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend.

Review from the perspective of my...
Some micro-reviews of the chair from the perspective of my... - Back: Healthier than the lazy slouching position I defaulted to in my regular chair. - Bottom: More comfortable than regular chair. - Knees: More comfortable than old kneeling chair (2005-ish). - Eyes: Epitome of kneeling-chair design. - Ego: Kneeling is cool, right? - Brain: Self-impressed by feats of assembly (about 20 minutes from box opening to kneeling, excluding the week of procrastination) - Overall Health: Kneeling with good back posture can get too comfortable -- set a 30-minute reminder to change sit/stand desk to standing position, and back.

Nice sturdy chair!
I had been thinking of getting a kneeling chair for some time, and I was a bit overwhelmed in my research. There seemed to be so many available that looked more or less the same. I went with this one because of its rating, for its thick pads, and its weight rating. (I am about 240 lbs, and many of the chairs were rated for just 220.) Chair was relatively simple to put together. (At first I thought that the instructions were missing, but they were inside the bag with one of the cushions.) I had to use a rubber mallet to get one of the pins through its hole, but other than that no problem. Chair is very sturdy. Casters (the component that most folks complain about) are OK...standard issue furniture casters. I appreciate the thicker pads. I am new to this kneeling chair business, so I am still getting used to the feel; my knees sometimes hurt a bit, but that is usually alleviated by re-positioning, to find the "sweet spot." Bought this for my work office, and I'm thinking about getting another for home. Recommended.
