Generally, I build my own computers, however, when I saw this I was really surprised at what I get for the cost. Setup the computer last night, and everything works perfectly. I recommend this computer to anyone looking for a solid system to use at home or work.

the description on amazon states that the ram has 16GB. But actually I received a an installed ram for 8.00GB. Besides that I totally recommended!

So far I am very satisfied with this product. The computer is in great shape. Works very easy. Had an excellent set up. The seller is professional and had details for me within the box. The seller left a phone number for any questions or concerns. I would trust this seller and buy anything electronic. So far my computer is working fine. I pray no problems after I submit this nice review. I must call him also and share what a nice product I purchased and so far very pleased. High Speed Internet. Windows 10. for the price, fantastic

I had looked at some of the bad reviews and weighed in the gamble I was taking with a refurbished unit. setup was lightning fast, took maybe ten minutes. boot up takes about twenty seconds. hard drive and fans aren't loud, and I decided to "drop test" by playing about three hours of final fantasy through steam, CPU runs about 30%ish with no dives or climbs, no heat issues and frame rate was decent, 50ish FPS. Initially bought this PC for podcasting with Mixcraft. it drove the program well while using midi, however when I tried to use some of the programed pads, the system usage bar hit the top for whatever reason. the advertised memory and speed is what I got. I am tempted to buy another one just for personal use. my only gripe is the RGB connection in the rear is picky, looks like someone was naughty and pulled or yanked on it, but Its usable. also, if you wanted to install anything aftermarket as far as GC or SC, you're going to void the warranty. there is a yellow tag on the service door- no big deal, but I would have liked to check the inside of the unit for dust.

I have good luck with refurbished amazon warehouse stuff

I couldn't make the video card in this one work, neither the VGA port or the other one (I forget now what kind it was). The seller refunded my money. When you don't need the latest generation i7 chip or whatever, refurbished amazon warehouse stuff is a good way to save money... this is the first time I ever had a problem and the seller took care of me.

Best looking junk ever but you can't go wrong buying from Amazon.

This computer out of the box had a faulty on off switch error. I'm not a high tech guru. But the very least you will expect is the darn thing to turn on. Nope, Tech support unreachable after calling all the numbers provided. After unplugging the CPU it came up and I was able to run test. Faulty cable jumper. I liked what I saw in general and gave them a second and last chance. I will update stars and review accordingly. Another CPU is on the way. Cheers and better luck. Update: Got the second CPU, flawless so far, like it should have been from the start. Windows 10 configuration is very good. The real trial begins now. Tnx Amazon!

Super value and superfast

I use it for social media and shopping .I am a desktop person because they are just more reliable and you can work on them much easier. And I am not the type that needs a computer everywhere he goes that what a smartphone is for. This is my third Dell desktop. My first one lasted 12 years and my second still works but was too slow. This is super fast which is what I wanted. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. The first one I got did not work the wifi system did not work and looked beat up. Microbee the refurbished manufacturer took it back and sent me another one and it way better and looks new.

Great PC for the price

What a great computer for the price! It was super easy to set up right out of the box. It is perfect for my kids to get on and watch YouTube videos, do their homework (MS Office is a separate purchase), check email, and play games on their favorite websites (kids websites; not gamer websites). It's been a perfect addition to our family office (gets the kids off my computer). The only trouble was when my 10 year old tried to play slither.io - the snake was very slow...I think a graphics card upgrade would help that, but I'm not willing to do that yet.

If you want a basic machine, this one is great. Buy it and don't change a thing! I decided to upgrade, to an SSD boot drive (took out the included spinning hard drive) and added a graphics card too (a low profile, passive cooled nvidia 1030). When I re-installed my windows 10 from my own dvd, it was a big hassle. Ultimately it did work, but it took me most of a day being very clever to get it right (I ran into lots of problems updating from MY COPY OF WINDOWS, I'm not complaining about their image). When I installed fresh I did get some errors regarding the key on the sticker... this is a complex issue which I won't get into... but ultimately my license is working just fine without doing anything weird. I'd recommend leaving it configured exactly as it arrives. They delivered with a nice fresh install of Windows 10 which updated smoothly. My upgrade that I did later was not so smooth, but that's my issue. Highly recommended. Also the included flimsy keyboard and mouse... yeah they are flimsy but actually I like them a lot. An amazing deal. I don't know if all the sellers are the same, but I'm really happy with what I got from USTecno.
