I would recommend to try it
I'm using this MintSIM for the second month now. I didn't notice any quality degradation in vice/text/data. I saw some opinions that the data may sometimes be slow. However, I used the mobile data for skype/duo Video calls and never noticed any issues. I would recommend to try it.

So easy, so cheap
So easy and so cheap for those of us who don't want to pay a lot for cell service. Customer service was amazing when I called them for help. I've been using the phone sim for 2 months now and have great service. I may never go back to a regular cell company again.

Wifi Calling is Great
I switched from ATT to Mint Mobile. It's only been 24 hours, but so far, I am loving it. I work in a giant brick building in a rural area with very little cellular service. Just like ATT, Mint Mobile has Wifi calling, which allows you to make calls and texts through WIfi. I went from paying $75 to $15 a month and I am not noticing any decrease in carrier quality. I am excited to see how fast the 4G LTE is off campus and will update this review after some time. So far, I am very pleased with the service. Update: It's been two weeks — so far, so good!!! The only thing that I noticed is that there is little to no service when your phone is switching from Wifi Calling to cellular (it automatically chooses which one is available/better). For example, when I am driving away from my building my phone switches from wifi calling to cellular, at which point the person on the other end can't hear me during that time. But once it switches over you are all set! Overall great cell service and fast 4G LTE.

T-Mobile towers, good promo
Mint uses T-Mobile towers, so as long as you have coverage then it's good. The price is good, just know that you need to buy a whole year at a time for the same price after the promo.

Great product for a great price
Great product for a great price. Works on Tmobile. Great internet site. Took about 3 minutes to transfer my number from H2O together with confirmation text which was very surprising. Get better coverage in my area compared to Att/H2O so mission accomplished...

Will test run for the next three months. AMAZING.
I'm giving Mint SIM a test run for the next three months. I already have a pre-paid T-mobile account that's over 10 years old but includes talk and text only. I wanted 4G extra just in case I ever needed it. If I'm satisfied with their service I will transfer my old T-mobile number to Mint SIM. (Yes, I know, Mint SIM runs on the T-Mobile network). December 23, 2017 update: I like this service so much that I've updated my account with Mint to 12 months, 5 gig of 4G LTE. That's $20 a month for unlimited talk and text and 5gigs of 4G LTE. You can't beat that price anywhere and as I previously mentioned, Mint runs on the T-Mobile network.

Works like a charm with a renewal drawback
As I never heard of Mint Mobile, I was expecting trouble or complications but to my surprise, the activation on my iPhone X worked flawlessly with solid data speeds. I don't believe there's a cheaper cell plan that includes data. There is drawback in terms of plan renewal which significantly jumps in price and you can't change the plan duration to a longer term 12 month plan that offers the equivalent $15 a month price. So I've have to cancel my renewal at the end of the current plan and get a new 3 or 12 month card.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW, ASK FOR TECH HELP FROM MINT TO SET UP!
Received my card today, for a new phone. Without going into details, it was a difficult setup, especially since I was trying to keep my old number from an unusual previous service. (Assurance Wireless, who are NOT helpful!) . Tried the on-line instructions and videos first, and got totally swamped! Then called Mint -- had to go through 3 technicians, (due to technical problems with my previous service!,) -- then VOILA, without any further effort or phone inputs on my part, had PHONE SERVICE! With a new number, which the marvelous technician who handled it managed to retain the first 6 digits, and only change the last 4, to numbers that I love(.Many thanks, you patient techs!) So far, I heartily recommend this service, will add more at a later date.

Purchased for a GSM backup internet WIFI
Easy to activate online; and provides what it says. It was purchased to go in a WIFI router as an emergency backup in case we lose our main internet. I will renew it for a year to lock in the $15 per month price.
