I have purchased and thrown away 3 different types of these swivel connectors already that either didn't untangle the cord or sounded bad. I went with this style because of the extra cord that goes into the phone. These are perfect, the cord is completely untangled and I have no loss in clarity incoming or outgoing. I'm Tangle Free!

I don't really understand WHY the phone cord tangles like it does, due to the fact that I only lift it up and down. But it does and this Cord Detangler has saved my sanity! Works like a charm. Love it!

Flawless Sound and Zero Cord Knots

I've utilized items on landlines for many months now, including high regular use work phone. Sound clarity has been flawless. Previous knotting of phone cords have been eliminated 100 percent. Only feedback to OEM would be to make the "lever" slightly longer so that it would be easier to depress and remove. At present design, have to have a little bit of fingernail or other thin/flat object to depress lever to remove the piece. No issue, if never have to remove though, of course.

Can't buy better.

My phone cord at work was the worst. Literally every time my phone would ring I'd answer and the phone was just drug aroused the desk and I kinda had to bend over and met the headset. I untangled it, installed this and it's like magic stays untangled always now. I love it...

There are two in this package; one for each end of your phone cord. I like that there is an inch and a half of straight cord on these contraptions before you attach your curly phone cord to the connector. I had been cursing my tangled office phone cord for years, not knowing these even existed. I was concerned that some reviews said they lost clarity in hearing what their callers said, but I have had no such problem. I bought myself a new cord too, and now my relationship is much better with my office Cisco IP phone 7911 series. I am so grateful I gambled on this buy. So worth it!!

these actually seem to keep a good phone line connection

Unlike some cord detanglers we've bought at the big box office stores, these actually seem to keep a good phone line connection. I haven't noticed any static in the lines when using these, and they allow the phone a higher degree of tilt. 5 stars so far, and I've had these on for about 2 months now.
