Like this item a lot! Particularly the groments in the side to threat your yarn through. Has plenty of room for one or two small projects. Has two pockets for two balls of yarn & room for two more plus the four grommets & makes changing colors easy. They also don’t get tangled as quickly. Large zipper pocket has plenty of room for the necessities to go with you. Keeps everything at your finger tips.!

Perfect gift for a knitter (or a crocheter)

This was a perfect gift for a friend who knits. She often travels with her knitting but kept it in a plastic grocery bag. The needles kept poking out and her supplies were literally in knots! Now she travels in style! You can even keep the bag on your arm and knit while standing in line or waiting for the bus. Of course, you can also use it while seated. This bag works well for knitters and crocheters, but could be used for other crafts as well.

PERFECT !!!!!

I am in love with it! Amazing quality! Has a lot of pockets (1 at the front with the zipper and 2 inside the bag). I got small one but it has a lot of room inside even for a bottle of water. I do recommend this to any knitter who likes beautiful things for comfortable knitting.

The BEST “project” bag by far!!!

I have bought several “project” bags over the last several months trying to find the perfect one, and I found it! I bought the small one & it’s just the right size. The 4 grommets let the yarn glide smoothly with no tangling, even when using 2 right beside each other! It has a pouch on inside & the zippered pouch on outside is great for all my crochet notions. Love this bag!

Cute and Practical

I rarely see my aunt without a crochet hook in her hands. This was a just a little gift I wanted to get her for a while and I’m so glad I did! She’s had it with her and her yarn and hooks every week when I've seen her ever since her birthday in July. She loves it and thought it was so cute that it could be reversed. This is such a good gift for someone who crochets or knits. And practical too.

Well worth it

This is very well made. I've seen similar bags on Etsy, but wasn't sure it would be worth the extra cost of a custom item. I came across this bag and was impressed by the price. The exterior is a traditional canvas. I would have preferred that the interior was cotton instead of synthetic, but it's still soft and light. There are two deep pockets in the interior and a zippered pocket on the front exterior. There are double grommets on either side so you feed the yarn through and can carry it left or right handed. I also bought the matching needle/hook case.

Much nicer than expected

Like other reviewers, I've seen bags like this for much more money, so my expectations were low. But I was surprised. It's decently constructed with thoughtful features, and the sheep print is cute (though they have crazy eyes). The small is large enough for 2 skeins of sock yarn and my knitting notes, and the zip pocket holds tools perfectly. The grommets are solidly placed, also a surprise...I was expecting them to be loose and pull out when used, but they are hammered in there! I like the open top, personally -- I can easily access my project and stash it as easily. A zip across the top could catch on my knitting, so I am happy it's just open. Overall, a great deal for knitting on the go. It does hang comfortably from the wrist, as shown.

May look small, but holds just the right amount of yarn for my smaller projects.

Super cute! I purchased the floral one for me and the sheep one for a friend. When I opened the package it was smaller than I imagined, but I bought it to tote around my smaller crochet projects (instead of a plastic grocery bag) and the size is just right for a skein or two of yarn, a printed pattern, scissors and crochet hooks. I appreciate the zippered pouch so my crochet hooks and scissors don't fall out. My only "worry" is that when my 19 month old granddaughter visits she's going to think it's the perfect tote for her! PS - my friend/co-worker also loves the one I purchased for her and has to keep it out the hands of her 3 year old daughter.

I have already purchased 2 and have 2 in my wish list for Santa inc the bigger version! This bag is fantastic..it's the perfect size for a project (the bigger one would be needed for big projects like an adult sweater) and the price is great! I especially like the outside zipper for extras needed for the project. Many bags have no grommets or only 1 or 2...this one has 4! Great if you're doing fair isle or like me you're knitting 2 smaller projects like mitts! I do wish they had more pattern choices though I really like what is available. I have this pattern and the tree pattern. Arrow pattern on my wish list!

Perfect carry along size

I have been knitting baby clothes recently. I was looking for a small knitting bag that my projects would not get lost in. I was worried that because it is an open top, I would lose little items (stitch markers etc.) But, it has an ample zippered pocket on the front. It fit all the knitting accessories I need. I do not use this when walking around. But, if I did it would be the perfect size. The bag also has two grommets on the side. This will be great when I do my next 2 color project. The only thing this is missing is a magnetic clasp. .it would keep content more secure when not carrying bag. Overall, it is exactly as advertised and perfect for my small projects.
