A great small er tub for a couple with limited space. Jets are powerful and the tub is well made.

Slow delivery but worth it.

This is the only hard sided spa at this price point with a reclined seat on one side. That was important to me since I want to elevate my legs. Delivery kept getting pushed out but the product does not disappoint.

This spa is awesome. I’m a tall lady so I worried that it might be too small. Quite the opposite... it’s perfect for up to four people. Customer service is excellent. I was one of the “lucky ones” who had a small mechanical problem. I called and they sent a whole new panel with an authorized repair person who corrected the glitch. AND I live two hours away from the repair business. Kuttos! I couldn’t be more pleased! Just stop reading and order! You’ll be glad you did.

Love the hot tub and Amazon was amazing working with me to get it right to my deck. The freight company was awesome and Andrew in the Knoxville Amazon office tracked everything and made sure it was delivered right to the spot on my deck. So happy to have some relief for my back.

Great tub for the money

We purchased this hot tub after looking at several other hot tubs. My husband and I wanted something simple and affordable, yet had quality and was durable. First, I can tell you that it was a little odd ordering a hot tub from my cell phone. People think I was pretty brave. For what we wanted, this hot tub is perfect for our needs. Jets are adequate. The light changes color is you wish. 200 gallon capacity. Temp maxes out at 104. It could be a tad hotter, but it just means you sit in it a bit longer to get nice and toasty. Ours is also running on 220 power. Not noticing anything surprising on our power bill. Cover is also very good. Overall we are very happy with this purchase. It was delivered a little late, but we were updated on the status this. On a side note, I opened a Prime account, got free shipping, received a $50 certificate from Amazon for opening the account, and then received 100 points to be used for more free stuff on Amazon. Need I say more?

It is my second hot tub and I couldn't be happier. It has a lot of power and really moves the water. The codes to set it up made it quite easy to do but they should be printed under the cover so they would always be handy.

Excellent quality smaller tub for the money

Delivery right to the pad we built in back yard. Had electrician wire it for 240 - easy. Easy to use except one quirky detail - the buttons controlling the light and pump were switched at factory. But everything works so not a big deal. Heated up quickly and jets are very powerful. I'm 6'0" so its comfortable for me but probably not enough room for more than one other person. Smaller than my last tub but decided to go with it because living in Vermont did not want cost of heating bigger tub in winter. All in all very satisfied with delivery and setup and looking forward to many more years of enjoyment.

Better than expected!

So excited! First the hot tub came three weeks earlier than the expected arrival date...awesome! The freight truck drive (ABF) delivered it right to my patio spot set it in place...more awesome!! Unpacked it no damage...even more awesome. Set up was a snap with the instruction manual no problems...not going to use another awesome! Three days of hot tubing and very satisfied....

I really like this tub. It's on par with tubs costing three times this price.

Essential NEWPORT Hot Tub. I really like this tub. I like it as much as my old LA Spas tub that cost almost three time what the Essential did. I've had this running over a month now and have had no problems. The tub is manufactured by Strong Spas. It took over a month for it to be delivered. The driver put it in my driveway but refused to help me move it 50 feet to behind the house. He said I should have ordered "white glove" delivery in advance. He did, however, take the pallet and wrapping materials with him. I managed to get it to the back patio by putting it on a little furniture dolly but really should have waited until I had some help. Setup was simple. I flushed it with water to remove any possible chemicals, then filled it with water. I didn't want to wait for the water to heat up so when I filled it, I connected my hose to the hot water hose bib behind the washing machine. I turned the temperature up on water heater which is only about forty gallons. I alternated cold and hot water until the tub was full. I managed to get it to 104 degrees in just a couple hours. Then I just plugged it in and jumped in. There are a couple of things that weren't perfect but they weren't bad enough to keep this from being the best deal on a hot tub. The granite pattern looks nice until you look closer and see how inconsistent it is. Some areas are blurry and in some areas the pattern looks stretched or squeezed. It's a small thing and doesn't bother me. The tub cover is not the best quality but it is usable. I also wasn't impressed with the customer service. I had a question about the GFCI cord. I was on hold for almost an hour and was then disconnected. I called back and got a recording that said they were closed. Frustrating. This tub is solid, has a strong motor and strong jets and holds its temperature well. Despite my comments about the imperfections of the pattern, it is a good looking tub. I'm very glad I bought it.
