Perfect for Toddler Age

My boys LOVE this set - ages 2 1/2 & 1. They picked up on the instruments pretty quickly. I am glad I didn't spend more on a music set because they are pretty rough on them. So the quality is perfect for your younger, rougher kids who love music!

Some faults, but overall decent quality

Smaller than I thought, but decent quality. Two of the pieces on the xylophone are off key. Not sure how to fix that, but it works. Update: company has offered to send a new kit free of charge and allowed me to keep the faulty one as well, 5 stars for customer service.

We were happy with the quality of all of the instruments. We bought it for our 1 yr. old because she loves to shake things. Probably would have been better for her 2nd bday.

Excellent purchase - great price

My baby loves these toys. She is very young so I don't let her have the xylophone sticks, as she would put them in her mouth and could choke on them. We have a lot of fun together with these musical instruments.

Makes great sound, may require supervision

The package is a little smaller than I expected at first, but it packs a punch. I purchased this for a one-year old and thus far it's been a couple weeks and she loves it. It's easy for her to make clear sounds with all the toys (the xylophone and jingle bells are favorites). Some items are only suitable under direct supervision. For example she is not allowed to play with the drumsticks or stacking rings alone because the smallest fits ring in her mouth easily and we don't want her falling and impaling herself while running with the ring base or drumsticks. But so far so good!
