Great product. Pancakes slide so easily you have to hold one side to get under them to flip them.

Nothing sticks to this! I love it! So easy to clean, and easy to store because the top separates.

Cannot Think There is a Better Griddle of This Type!

We had a "Toastmaster" griddle for years and thought is was great. However, the Teflon surface was coming off and we thought that might not be healthy. This Hamilton Beach had a much better cooking surface. No stick, grease did not soak in, easy clean submersible design, bigger surface, more even heat. The grease catch pan was larger. The only thing I found better on the old griddle was the plug in temperature control. The old one listed cooking temperature. For me: Bacon 325 degrees. The controls were interchangeable, so I gave the new one to Savers. I have since learned that, when I get some types of bacon, I will burn it if I use 325. So much for my complaint. I am so happy!

Perfect size

Bought this for my daughter while I was staying with her. Used it several times, it’s great. Surface is large enough and pretty easy to clean.

Way better than teflon!

Zero stick. Zero smoke. Zero fumes. Also because of the slightly slimmer design and better heat conduction the "hot-spot-band" is not nearly as pronounced as our teflon electric griddle. As with all non-stick cookware, start low heat and work up slowly. So many people start way too high and damage their cooking surface before they even get started.

I can do a perfect over medium egg for hubby....finally! I like the size except I can't fit it into my cupboard....oh well. Still love it so far

Light weight easy to use and clean griddle

I used the griddle for the first time to make pancakes - they turned out great. The griddle is light weight, easy to use, and easy to clean - to me that is super important.
