i like the range

i like the range. looks great great price. unfortunatley i broke the middle grate in half the day after i installed it. by leaning on it while installing the new OTR microwave...not realizing the poor design of the middle grate . that has no support in the middle only at the ends. and spans across the cooktop..anyway my bad.. i am having a hard time finding a replacement grate for the middle .can someone help me out please. thanks

first time ordering a large appliance online, loved it

This is the first time I've ordered something this big online and I have to say, I loved it ;) The local delivery company was flexible, I rescheduled on them and they worked with me. The guys who installed and removed the old one (included in the price, and why I chose to order online versus buying local), were here for about 10 minutes total. Fast and efficient. This was so much less hassle than previous appliance purchases I've had... As for how it works, well, it works like you would expect a new appliance to work: it just does, lol. No issues thus far. Comparing to my previous stove, it of course works much better, which is why I replaced it to begin with... It's much easier to clean, the button panel is basic but easy enough to figure out really fast w/o cracking the included manual, etc.

Flawless delivery & installation and automatic warranty registration

So far (Day Two) all I have used the oven for is to raise bread dough (with the oven light on) but I want to compliment amazon.com and Kenmore for (a) the excellent, prompt delivery and installation service - two strong and technically adept men delivered the new range right on time, installed the electrical and gas connections, tested it and then removed the old range in short order, and were pleasant and friendly, (b) I didn't see any mention of this so I called Kenmore and spoke within seconds to a helpful rep. who told me that the warranty was automatically registered when I purchased the appliance, and confirmed this using my phone number. Very pleasant to have such an easy and straightforward buying experience and i shan't hesitate to buy a large appliance this way in the future.

Oh boy I love my stove it has an oven and easy to use I ordered a 24” 27” came and we moved some things around and I am glad and after no oven it was a joy to bake a chicken, the price was good. And we hooked it up and had our dinner from the gas oven that night what a great buy so nice to shop on line

Kenmore 73433 4.2 cu. ft. Freestanding Gas Range in Stainless Steel

This Kenmore range was the same price is listed by Sears but the Amazon purchase included free delivery, installation and removal of old range. The range works well and looks good. It has a central burner on the stove that can be used with a grill pan for grilling. The stove burner racks are very heavy duty. The burner control knobs have a feature where the lowest flame is at the furthest counter clockwise position so that no fiddling around is needed to get the very low flame. The stove top is black ceramic instead of stainless, as I would have preferred but I was aware of that when I made my purchase. For a cost effective price, I think this stove is a good purchase.

Great oven/stove at a good price with free installation

Works great. Our old range in the house we bought was very sketchy: only one burner worked, and anytime you tried to use the burner or the oven the kitchen would smell like gas. Had to be replaced. Well, we bought this one (was only $449 at the time) and it was delivered on time and installed properly, all included! All the other stores like Best Buy, Lowe's, etc. wanted an extra $140 for delivery/installation on any of their stoves. Made the choice easy. The burners turn on consistently every time and work fine, and the oven works great too. I never smell any gas. One thing to note is the range did not quite fit into our kitchen (it was maybe 1 cm too wide), but they left it hooked up outside the hole so I didn't have to mess with any of the gas hookups. I went to Home Depot and bought a saw, shaved down the counter then I slid it in, all was good. I thought that might happen, the measurement seemed a bit tight, but it's an old house. Would have been hard to find a range that fit without having to do that. Just be aware if you have an old or small kitchen it might be an issue (and be prepared to do a little bit of work to make it fit if so).

I love my new oven, bigger than I thought but it's perfect!!! The oven arrived a little after 9am,the guys were very professional. They got my oven set up and were here no longer than 15 minutes. The delivery and hookup was included with the price,I am very happy with my purchase.
