Excellent product at a good price, I bought these to replace a bunch of old ones around my house where they plastic got yellow over time. Replacing them is pretty easy and gives a fresh clean look. I suggest you look at the springs on this item before you buy it, to make sure the springs are the same style as the ones you are replacing.

Nice visual impact when replacing old age-yellowed trim.

This are easy to install, and bright white. I utilized 5 of these to help with a refresh of my kitchen. The old trim pieces had turned yellow with age, and were contributing to the dated look in the kitchen. Swapping out the old trim was very easy and took things from a pronounced yellowed look to something that blends in nicely with the white ceilings and, to the extent they attract attention (not nearly as much as the yellowed ones), they given a rather crisp and clean appearance. Installation is easy: Remove the bulb - making it easy to reach inside to where the hangars are. Grab the circular wrapped wire on the spring hangar, and push it up and over the fixture base to release the hanger, then do the same for the other side. Reverse the process you used to remove the old one to install the new one. One note: These come wrapped individually, and each has a thin foam ring around the rim. You'll want to remove that prior to installing the trim.

Exactly what I needed, when I needed it.

I accidentally purchase the contractors pack of can lights at HD without the Baffles. I installed them and then realized what I had done. I went to the store to buy them and found the cost of the baffles to be the same price as a whole contractors pack. Before I broke down and bought them, I checked amazon. The price was great and the quality was much better than what I would have purchased at HD since these are metal and HD only had plastic. I have been very happy with the purchase.

Looks great. Easy to install.

Updated some older, darker baffles with these. It makes the lights so much brighter, plus makes my ceiling look nice and clean. I’ve never done more than changed a light bulb before and these were easy to swap out once I realized how they were attached to the light fixtures.

Good Replacement

had some cans I bought from the local stores and some of these baffles were missing. I didn't use the silly foam pad on them and they still fit snug. They are not as wide rimmed as the factory ones that came with the cans so I just placed them all in one room and no one will tell the difference. Springs are great. I am fine with the 2 spring approach, less of a hassle with these can baffles.

Fit 6" high hats perfectly

Needed to replace non dimmable LED fixtures that were inside of standard 6" high hats. These baffles were exactly what I needed and are the same exact size and shape of other baffles I got at Lowes (which works out nicely). I used all new Phillips Dimmable LED bulbs and they fit perfectly inside the baffles. 10/10

Great and saved me painting ones that were in!

Ii would have had to paint, and we will be ordering more, as the 12 have already been used. We have a lot of recessed lights, and our house is so bright and light, lots of sunlight, that most white plastic, as these are, turned colors over the years. YAY, I do not have to paint, except the ones with odd sizes. So happy!

Fit better then other brands

These trims are well made and actually fit better then the original Halo trims. The outside plastic trim is a little shiner then the original matte finish, but they look great.

Bought 3 packages - has 12 in each box like I ordered. They are high-quality equal quality to what you find at home depot. Bargain at $2.50 each vs on average $8 dollars everywhere else.

Look great, good upgrade from the rings that come with cheap cans

I had replaced the BR30 bulbs in one of our rooms with downlight LED bulbs that had the trim ring built in. When I replaced those with Hue White Ambiance BR30s, I could not find the rings I had removed, so bough these to replace them (they were actually cheaper than just rings at the time). I am very happy with the results - they were easy to install by hooking to the holes at the very top of the can, stay in place well, and look better than the default ring that came with the cheap cans the previous owners used. Overall, I am very pleased.
