These are he way to go! So much better and easier to use then traditional metal pans. They cook more evenly and nothing sticks. I needed to make cupcakes that didn’t have the liners and that wouldn’t stick.

These muffin pans are basically perfect!

I make egg muffins regularly and it can be hard to keep egg from sticking, even on non-stick surfaces. I decided to give silicone muffing pans a try, and they are amazing! i love the color, so that's what drew me to this product first. my first batch of egg muffins slid out of the pan like a dream, and they were browned on the sides perfectly. even better - the muffins didn't bubble up over the edge and spill everywhere! if you make cupcakes or any type of muffin-shaped thing regularly, these might become your new favorite kitchen tool, so you shouldn't hesitate to purchase! they wash in the dishwasher really well, too. pro tip: because the silicone is flexible and has no real structure, make sure to place your pan on a baking sheet before filling, otherwise you won't be able to get it in the oven easily.

Easy Peasy

I bought them to make egg muffins and these are great for that purpose. I haven't tried them for anything else yet but I'm sure I will. Because the product is made out of silicone it is a little hard to get from counter to oven without needing to place it on a baking sheet. The mini muffin pan MUST be but on a baking sheet first or you will have a giant mesh on your kitchen floor, or in the oven if by some miracle you get it into the oven without incident. They are also a little difficult to get clean but not too bad. Overall the positives greatly outweigh the negatives and I am glad I purchased them.

Use a baking tray underneath - these are easy to clean!

I bought these because I am celiac and needed to be sure my baking materials are completely clean. I was able to make Gluten-free pancake bites, as well as egg "muffins" for my breakfasts. No cooking spray was required. These are great! Just be sure to put them on a baking sheet before you load them up, as the silicone is very flexible!

Great for multiple purposes

Absolutely love these! I have used the larger size to make egg bites as breakfast meal prep, and the smaller size to make keto fat bombs. Easy to clean and use, food made pops out so easily.

Wow, wow, WOW

I make egg pucks (basically, a scramble in a cupcake tin) for our breakfasts. Just like promised, I did not oil or spray the cups before pouring in the egg mixure and scramble fillings. EVEN THE RIDGED LINERS HAD ZERO STUCK PROTEINS!! They were puffed up tall out of the cups and slipped right out for me. I'm totally buying more as Christmas gifts!

These pans are so great! I made egg muffins, and if anyone knows how annoying it is to get eggs out of a pan these are wonderful. The silicone wrappers are a little tricky to clean but just let them soak in some soapy water and everything basically slides off. The mini set is also FANTASTIC. Everything just pops right off. These are seriously my new favorite things.

Made a premium cornbread muffin.

I have an older regular size 12 muffin silicone cupcake "pan" I have used for years. It has some stains, but works fine. I just wanted the smaller 24 mini size. I tried it out yesterday and produced the cutest little cornbread muffins. I usually spray or coat the bottom with a little olive oil, put it on a cookie sheet to fill and bake, and all 24 came out looking great. Plus I got a new 12 muffin "pan", and a dozen individual muffin flexible muffin cups, all for about $17..

LOVE it!!!!

Hi, I just got my silicone set and LOVE. I understand that people say these are not sturdy but they are made out of silicone. Duh! They are not going to be sturdy. I put a flat metal tray underneath. So worth the money and how easy they are to clean. I am a founding member at F45 (functional) gym and during the challenge there are a lot of recipes I needed to make. I made egg muffins and keto cheesecake rounds. These trays made a huge difference.
