This mixer is incredible! It has enough power to allow the dough hooks to work without over taxing the motor. The varying spreads are great. Like most i would prefer a very low setting for when your flour is still loose but the lowest setting on the VonShef is more than adequate. There is absolutely no need to spend for the other big names. The styling is immaculate as well. The handle is very comfortable since the machine is so well balanced.

the dough formed was perfect without any lumps

Currently, I have used only the dough hooks for making biscuits and scones, but, the dough formed was perfect without any lumps. Will be using the whisks soon though to make other things.

Love it!

I chose this mixer because of the good price point and for the stainless steel attachments (why don't more brands have this???). I ended up being very impressed with the product as a whole. The mixer itself is compact and lighter than my old one, which makes it easier to manage and store. Another feature I just love is that the first speed is actually slow, unlike most mixers I have used in my life. Imagine mixing liquids without splattering! One more bonus is that it operates at half the noise level of my old one. So far, I can't say enough good things about it!

Great Hand Mixer!

I was going on a trip and wanted to make a cherry pie-cake when I got there. I knew my host didn't have a mixer, so I needed to bring my own. This little hand mixer was easy to assemble and I didn't even need to read the instructions to get baking! I used the mixer (which is a darling red color) to mix 2 sticks of butter & 1 cup sugar. It made the mixture light and creamy. I added 3 eggs and 3 cups of flour - still no problem for the mixer. And it was simple to clean up as well. Great product!

Very Pleased with this product!

So far so good. I have been using this electric hand mixer regularly and I have been very pleased with it. I love the fact that it came with the beaters, hooks and whisk. I have used it so far for muffins, bread and cheesecake. No complaints for handling the different types of batter. Great product for a great price.

Worth the money

A fantastic little mixer...lightweight and did the job. I love the wire mixers, in fact that is why I purchased this particular one (not to mention the pretty color...all it needed was a white satin ribbon). I feel it is just as efficient as my Kitchen Aid hand mixer at less the price.

Easy use hand mixer

Furnishing a new house was made a little easier with this product. Although I haven't baked a cake yet, it worked as expected when plugged in.

Stainless steel beaters won’t flake off into your muffins like the chrome plated steel will.

Great hand mixer

Great hand mixer. It's very sturdy and heavy. I don't know how people can write that it's cheap and light plastic... it's really good so far and I haven't had any issues. I'm using it once per week

Perfect!

I needed a smaller mixer for my breakfast area bakery. This gets the job done for those smaller jobs when bringing out the big guns isn't necessary.
