Delicious but TINY! Barely enough for me and 1 year old.

Cooked these with red, yellow and green bell peppers in a tomato-red wine sauce. Soooo good.

Yummmeee. These chops are delicious.

They taste delicious. Very good meat, all meat you'll eat every bite. But very small order, about 3 oz for each chop. I can't imagine two people having this little for dinner or any meal. My 8 year old ate two and when I didn't eat my second one fast enough he tried to get it. Seasoned just right, lightly and baked not to hard they melted in our mouths, very tender and flavorful. Yum-Yum.

The absolute best pork chops *ever*

This has to be the best pork chop I have ever had recently. Just be sure not to overcook it. Wish it was available now but have left a 'remind me' when it become available again. I promise you, the chops are smalish, but soooo good that you will need to double up on your order. I'm talking DELI SHES. So tired of pork chops that are tough, but these remind me of the ones mom used to make before pork got processed and hard to cut, eat, chew, etc.
