Excellent pan serves multiple purposes.

I love this pan. It works very well. And I admit, I have a bit of a baker's thrill when I undo the clasp and release the sides of whatever I have baked! It is not just for cheesecake. I have also made breads and coffee cakes using mine. As I found out, when I was having a clueless moment, there is an up side and a down side to the outer frame. If you try to snap it on upside down it won't grab the bottom plate and hold tight!

This pan is awesome, no-leaks

I ordered this pan to make a New York Cheesecake...I received my order within a few days and I made my cheesecake. This pan is awesome,no-leaks,cooked great. Now, I need to order the different sizes. Yes,I would recommend this product! Great pan,great price!

Great first springform experience.

I got this specifically for an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday, which turned out perfect. I was working slow, which resulted in melted ice cream at the bottom, but luckily this pan stuck to it's word on being leak proof. I haven't tried any cheesecakes yet, but from my first experience, this will be perfect for all the cheesecakes and deep dish pizzas my heart desires. Also, don't use metal in it. I never use metal in any pots or pans, and I should've known better, but the ice cream cake recipe I used instructed me to run a hot butter knife around the edges before removing the cake. It did scratch it, but not so bad to where the exterior was peeling off. Long story short, I definitely reccomend this pan. I plan on getting more sizes of springform pans and this will be my go to brand.

Good quality

I was looking forward to receiving this spring form pan for use in my 6 Quart 7-in-1 Instant Pot. I was genuinely surprised in the quality of this product. It is heavy and seems to be well made to last. We made a cheese cake in the Instant Pot and the spring form pan worked great. It was easy to get the cheese cake off the bottom with the use of parchment paper that we placed in the bottom prior to cooking. Cleanup was very easy. I believe this will be a very durable pan. I would recommend this product.

Just as expected.

Just as expected. I wanted this for lasagna in the Instant Pot and I was worried that it was too small..... but it worked just fine for all the recipes I had. I was especially concerned with the height because my recipes mentioned 3”, but I could not find a 3” inch tall pan. I will say it was stuffed to the brim with the ingredients but still worked like a charm.

The Lamborghini of springform pans

This was a gift for my mother, who is a baker par excellence and had been using an aluminum springform for 40+ years. It finally had begun to leak a bit after being knocked around for so long. Needed to replace it, and the replacement needed to be excellent. Tried this one after reading the reviews but held off on my own review til Mom made a cheesecake. She pronounced the pan perfect. And if she says it's perfect--- it's perfect.

Good quality

Made a cheesecake with this and it worked great! The nonstick surface made removed easy and no doubt will last long as long as you take good care when cleaning. Also I used the water bath method with this, while I did wrap the bottom with foil water still got in, however the seal on this pan held up well and my cheesecake came out perfect!

This thing takes the cheese!

Made my first cheesey a few days after it arrived. It is sturdy and we'll built. The spring loaded clip feels durable and secure. Couple things that I learned though, place parchment paper on the base before you add the crust, let the cake cool some but not complete before removing the ring.

Nice and tight Springform pan.

I've never used a spring form pan before, I always just made my cheesecakes in a pie pan as I was taught by my great aunt, but I wanted to modernize so I bought one and it worked fantastic and I don't know how I never had one of these before. this one didn't leak and was very easy to work with. I don't have a dishwasher, I do everything the old fashioned way it seems like, so I can't tell you if it holds up in one or not but it is very easy to clean by hand. I don't understand the cleaning cloth, maybe its to shine it up, I don't know but it came with one. All in all I am very happy with this product and it came real fast even with all the massive Christmas packages being shipped. No scratches and no dents that I noticed right off. I also bought the round parchment paper to go in it which helped a lot to. No more fighting with the crust in a pie pan, just hit the spring and cheesecake. Love it.
