Christmas Cookie necessity

I'm terrible at eyeballing the correct distance between cookies on my sheets, and inevitably end up with too-crowded pans. The lines on the parchment paper here made it impossible for me to mess up. While some weren't as pleased with the low number of "mess up" cookies to snack on, I didn't have to make any extra batches this year.

A good quality parchment paper.

Parchment paper is one of my most used kitchen tools. This brand is good, the box has a good cutter on it which is great. Not all brands of parchment paper have the cutter on the box which creates an extra step. This one also has grid lines that can also be very helpful.

Non-stick characteristics makes a perfect separator for freezing meat

Parchment paper has excellent non-stick characteristics that we use for many things: 1) Separating sugar cookies after baking to prepare for freezing. We also use in ziploc bags to separate sugar cookies when putting in the freezer. 2) We buy bulk meat at Costco and then lime cookie sheets with this parchment paper. Then when the meat is frozen, it can be removed easily from the pan without sticking. Then we place the frozen meat in ziplocs. 3) Can be used in a smoker if butcher paper isn’t available. Overall quality is excellent and there are many other uses for parchment paper. Buying on a lightning deal adds extra value! Parchment paper can be expensive at retail stores, Amazon came through with this sweet deal for the 3-pack.

The best product to use when baking.

I just tried the parchment paper yesterday and I am so happy with them keeping my cookie sheets clean. With this paper you won't have to scrub your sheets clean and the cookie comes off very easily. I will be using these all the time in the future.

Such a great product.

I seriously wish I could remember who first told me about parchment paper because I would like that thank them properly. No more stuck aluminum foil in my pans. No more foil stuck to my food. My cookies turn out better. Parchment paper has been a game changer.

Works like parchment paper should!

Parchment paper has excellent non-stick characteristics that we use for many things...and so could/should you. :-P We use it for cookies, wrapping fish to steam with veggies, separating items as we freeze them to more easily remove them later on, plus oh so much more! With this paper you won't have to scrub your sheets clean and the whatever (cookies, meat, veggies, ...) you place on it comes off very easily.

I use to bake cookies and more on cookie sheets or cake pans to help with the cleanup and keeps things from sticking, I have even used in my air fryer.

Just what I expected

This was a good price for the parchment paper that I needed. What's there to say about parchment paper. It will serve all of the purposes that I need parchment for.
