I actually bought these for my granddaughter, but on the advice of my daughter who has used this brand and essentially these same frying pans. She has had hers for years and loves them.

SUPER performance: non-stick, no burning

I'm REALLY pleased with these pans in the few weeks I've been using them. I actually got FOUR sizes: these two frying pans, a flat-bottomed wok and a flat griddle. ALL of them work superbly! I donated my Calphalon non-stick set, having read that they may have been coated with something a bit more toxic. But these ceramic pans appear to be safer. I can absolutely say that so far, there has been ZERO issues with them in terms of non-stick and easy cleanups! They are a joy to use for stir-fry, heating flat breads, or re-heating foods. I'm vegan, so I can't comment on eggs or perhaps browning meat.

These have truly lived up to their reputation! Food absolutely doesn’t stick and clean up is a breeze!! They seem very well made and durable. I will be purchasing more!

Outstanding, wipes clean, and nothing sticks to them.

I ordered my first set and then I saw some negative reviews as well as pictures of horrible looking pans. I was nervous and wondered if I made an error. Well, I didn’t. These pans are absolutely outstanding and since have placed two more ordered. If you follow the instruction i.e. wash them with a mild dish soap (I used Dawn) and then place a small amount of oil to coat (I used sunflower oil). Keep it on medium heat, I used bamboo utensils nothing sticks nor scratches the surface. I made French toast in the larger size pan and it did an outstanding job. So easy to clean - wipe down with paper towel, a little Dawn to clean, and a drop of oil and your all set to go for the next time. I don’t know what these other people did to burn their pans but me I LOVE THEM and so very happy that I ordered 3 sets and three different sizes. May get a few more as gifts for friends and family.
