Sparthos - Perfect blend of compression/recovery calf sleeve - No more calf cramps!

Very impressed with the compression of this Sparthos Calf Sleeves. I have had recent bad bouts of calf cramps which limited my running and training times during this long cold off season. I mainly run outdoors along tracks, pavements, and nearby trails. After each run, inevitably, the calf cramps and therefore also affects my gait and endurance. I even have had painful calf cramps in the middle of the night after a long hard run the day before. I started to look into calf sleeves as an option to save me from further pain. I went to various stores and tried versions of neoprene and spandex and nylon combinations but was never satisfied. The neoprenes were tightly compressed but tends to feel sweaty and clammy after use. The spandex/nylon combinations were too thin and didn't offer any suitable compression. When I put the Sparthos calf Compression Sleeves on, I immediately felt my preferred compression and yet allowing some breathability. Putting it one was very easy as the bands on either end allow enough stretch. I poked my calf and any jiggling was held in check. Very nice indeed. I have gone for long runs and fast sprint/stadium steps workouts. The sleeves don't move at all! There is no pinching and no build up of sweat. I normally do not remove the sleeve until at least an hour after exercise and I do feel it has recovery features also. I definitely agree this Sparthos sleeve has helped to remove most of my muscle soreness and i do feel less fatigued overall. I haven't had any soreness in the calf since wearing these Sparthos sleeves. Many thanks to Ingrid who was very responsive to my satisfaction of the sleeve. Ingrid helped me zeroed into a MEDIUM size. I have 16" calves and I wanted more compression, so I was able to size down and get what I perceive is my perfect combination. Ok so I rarely take the time to review products on Amazon but these are fantastic. They’re compressing but not too tight and stretch in every direction. I’m an avid runner, I get shin splints and have varicose veins. These are beyond perfect and I’m getting them in every color

Finally, RELIEF

EXCELLENT product. Don't hesitate to buy these. I have had tibilais anterior syndrome with MASSIVE pain for 3 months. I actually thought I fractured my tibia. The pain was intense. Now that I am improving, I still have burning, tearing pain in the front of my shin. Pressure feels good, I discovered, and was binding it with cloth, and then I found this product. A sport injury website recommended a compression sleeve. I got these in small (I am 5'7" and weigh 118lbs) and hoped for the best. They fit GREAT. Nice and tight, but not too tight at the top and bottom, yet they stay up perfectly. I went to the gym, and yeah, it still hurt, but I could feel a difference. And in my general non-gym life, they make an even bigger difference. I feel a lot of relief and didn't have to take Advil since wearing these. they really help so much that I am wearing them to bed! I am in bed right now and just could take it off! (I bought a pain, obviously, but I only wear one). My sister was like "You look like a burn victim" (I got the tan) BUT I DON'T CARE! Love Love Love this product.

Actually compress!

These are amazing. Upon opening the package and at first glance, I jumped to conclusions thinking "too short". I was thinking they wouldn't actually go from my ankle to below the knee, but they did perfectly. They provide just enough pressure to actually feel them compressing unlike many others that just feel like a hose or a tight sock. I've worn them during the day and have also slept in them; both options have been extremely comfortable. After several hours, the top seams may begin to bother you a bit, but otherwise they are great!

So glad I bought this. I have S1 nerve pain that runs down my right calf muscle and this compression helps so much. I finally found a well made, sturdy, yet easy to put on compression sleeve. Try it you’ll love it

Great product!

Needed a compression sleeve to replace the ace bandage my doctor put on after tearing a muscle in my calf playing pickleball. After measuring my calf I ordered the extra large. The sleeve was a perfect fit and it felt like it applied the same amount of compression as the ace bandage had only more evenly and didn't loosen when I walked. I was also told that wearing a sleave while playing sports or hiking may help to prevent my injury from reoccurring. As a bonus, they are sold in pairs.

Impressed!

These calf sleeves exceeded my expectations! I usually wear compression socks while on travel or if my claves feel heavy after a long day at work if standing for a long time. The fit is great, the comfort is superior to other brands I used. I specially like that it starts just above the ankle. They stay hidden under my work pants, no one needs to know ;)

Got Rid of Shin Splints

I am so incredibly happy to have found these. I work valet for a living, and we average about 5-10 miles per shift. I was suffering from shin splints for a good three weeks and couldn't run for more than an hour of my shift. I tried rolling my calves/shins with an athletic roller, soaking them, everything I could, and nothing worked. The first day I wore the product, I was able to run my entire shift without pain. They have been a life saver!! I highly recommend.

The Packaging and shipment excellent. is just the perfect size not too long, not too small, you can adjust high or low. Very simple to put on. I am a size 15" but i wanted my fit to be tight. I went with a small instead of a medium and fits just how i wanted it. Is a comfort tight, is easy to put on but a little tight to come off, again that is because i ordered one size small, according to the chard I’m sure a medium will fit just fine. O yea the style is sweet wish i had all the colors.But again the length is a perfect fit for my liking, and i can adjust by the knee or right below the knee.
