My dad's birthday is coming up soon and i've been wanting to make him a cake, a really cool unique cake that incoperates things he loves. The main theme is going to be the outdoors because he loves hunting and loves being out in nature then i'm going to make his favorite things out of marzipan (his fav candy) using gel food color to paint them and some fodant. And i'm going to make it part geode cake. The problem I first had was that rock candy is SUPER expensive almost $20 for a few sticks, the second problem is that rock candy is all fairly small. I thought all hope was lost for my part geode cake idea but thank the lord I found this product and company. Not only are the "rocks" the exact size I need and wanted but you get a pound for barely $8. And did I mention that these things are really good? lol I just couldn't help myself had to try a piece 😉 Great value, great tasting product and perfect for baking. I can't reccomend this product enough.
