These are fine. Could tell no difference between these and those that sell for more. I priced these with other sources and with the free Prime shipment, this was clearly the best deal

Good product at a great price

Until a few years ago, I hardly ever took anything like acetaminophen, fortunately not having any need to. Then I was involved in an accident that demo'd my left leg from ankle to hip, leaving me with an assortment of titanium rods, plates, screws and a considerable amount of nerve damage that produced constant pain. I needed something to relieve the pain so I searched through available products on Amazon and decided to try this product. Works really well for reducing the worst of the pain, and does so without upsetting my stomach. Strongly recommended.

This stuff is great. I got it because it was cheaper than Tylenol (the hospital I work at was charging $8 for 25 tablets). I bought 500 tablets for the 8-something its worth. Overall, the pills do their job--they're just as good as brand-name. Nothing to complain here.

Great generic option at a great price

How great to find a less costly generic for this. I am allergic to NSAIDs so acetaminophen is used for my arthritis pain. The extended release means I don't need to re-dose at 4 hours which works very nicely for 8.

Just Like the Brand Name

Can't complain at all! Works like it should. And at about a penny per tablet, the cost can't be beat.

Pilling myself less often :-)

I was taking regular release acetaminophen tabs every 6 hours, so now every six hours is much more convenient. It works as well as the regular tablets if not better. I use it for lupus / arthritis, so having a longer duration of effect during the night provides better control of the pain and fevers. Very pleased.

Works incredibly fast — as little as 15 min. And they're not white, as are so many other caplets.

As advertised, these Tylenol-equivalent caplets go to work super-fast, which is great when you're in pain. Unlike most acetaminophen products and most NSAIDS, they don't take 30–45 minutes to reduce your pain, they do it in 15–20 minutes (for me, at least). The other thing I like, which may seem perverse, is that they're red, not white. I need to carry around a bunch of prescription and OTC meds, including acetaminophen, not in their original pill bottles (naughty, naughty, you may say), so I need to be able to recognize them by shape, size, and color. White tablets and caplets are, unfortunately, all too common. Acetaminophen tablets and caplets are almost always white. The white caplets are almost indiscernible from another OTC med that I carry, so having these in red is very handy for me.

Great price but have learned that some cheap meds don’t sit well in my stomach. These give me no trouble.

400 Caplets Excellent Expiration June 2019 & Great Price Too

My husband was taking Rapid Release Acetaminophen in Generic brand from another brick and mortar store I was having difficulty finding it in stock both in store and online So I decided to check out Amazon I was a little hesitant about ordering b/c I didnt know the expiration date but to my surprise it has Expiration Date 06/2019 ! so it gives us over a year to use !!!!! UPC 370030114047 We are thrilled that Amazon offers such a large variety of products I also ordered his maintenance 325 mg Aspirin and plan on ordering other products we use regularly Very happy with purchase 400 caplets means I will purchase less often
