Toddler loves it

I got this for my son and he LOVES it. Those kid's couches are too small and limiting. We lounge around on it together while he's watching cartoons. He takes his nap there too on the weekends. It been easy to keep clean and durable. Great size for adding pillows and blankets to make it cozy. I imagine if its good enough for my kid, your dog will be happy. Can't say much about fur and the material.

Five Stars

Purchased 2, one arrived a few days before and my oldest girl (19yrs) claimed that one, she was in need of it, badly. Needless to say, my other girl (15yrs) was very envious. I was SO HAPPY to see this one arrive! Now, both of my pups are comfier than they’ve been in sometime and they’re sleeping through the night! Before these beds my 18yr old would pace in between sleeping because she couldn’t get comfortable. I couldn’t be happier!

Appears to be a very comfortable bed!

I bought this for our 14 year old dog, Misty. Misty sits with us in our chairs but due to her age, has been having trouble getting up in our chairs so she'll lay on the floor. Well, there's not much padding there, so I thought I would get this couch for her, however I have not any luck getting her to lay in there as opposed to the floor. It has been used a few times by our younger, but little bit bigger dog, but even then, he, Sherman, doesn't stay very long in it, besides he has his own people/dog chair to sit in. But I would highly recommend this couch. I think the only reason it hasn't worked for us, yet, is because they're not use to beds. They sit with us during the day and sleep with us during the night. Misty only weighs about 16 lbs and Sherman weighs about 25, so they're not real big dogs!

Our Dog Loves This Bed

I took a chance and bought two of these jumbo beds for our yellow lab then left them in their packaging to await Christmas. The beds were compressed for shipping and I worried they wouldn't flatten out well but the second they were out of their packaging, they took on the air and flattened out beautifully and were very soft and comfortable. Shortly before Christmas, I bought another brand of orthopedic bed for our daughter's dog Missy, because she's getting older but when the dogs were introduced to all of the beds at Christmas, they all preferred these Furhaven beds so the orthopedic bed was sent back and another of these Furhaven beds was ordered.

Great quality dog bed at a great price

My pup LOVES his new bed it looks great and seems like great quality. The mattress is thick and the cover is easily taken off to be washed I have washed the cover once inside out on a delicate cycle and it came out good as new smelling fresh again still nice and soft on top. Size reference my dog is a lab Great Dane mix about 60 pounds right now he takes up half the large size bed curled up and the whole length of it when he lays stretched out

Dog loves it

I have a 100 lb shepherd mix and he fits perfectly on the XL. He's also older with arthiritis so the thich cushioning from this bed really makes him feel comfortable. It's easy to wash and clean and looks really good too. This is the 2nd time buying this bed for him so here are a couple of things I learned to make it last longer: -Wrap the foam in a tarp to make it damn near water proof. My old dog has accidents a lot and cleaning that foam is such a pain. It takes like 3 days to dry and eventually grows mold (the reason why I threw it out the first time). Now if he has an accident, I just need to throw the cover in the washer and the foam is protected. It does make a crinkly noise everytime he sits down or gets up but it's not an issue. -I lay an old blanket on top of the bed. It does get dirty so it's a lot easier to wash a blanket vs. unzipping the cover and trying to put it back together after it dries. -When you do dry the cover, do it on low heat. I dried it on high which shrunk the cover, making it take forever to wrap around the foam again.

Absolutely worth every penny.

I purchased two large beds back in December. When they arrived, they were tightly packaged and was concerned about it fluffing up. Ultimately, let them air out overnight and they looked perfect. The large beds are plenty large. My dogs are 50 and 70 lbs respectively. One bed can fit both of them. Even when the larger once stretches out, he doesn’t completely max out the bed. My dogs love them. Sleep on them every night and most down time. It keeps them from trying to sleep on the furniture and beds. In addition, it helps keep the dander and smell along with dog hair floating around. I just unpackaged them to wash them for the first time. Unpackaging was simple. Two separate zippers, one for the boarder, one for the main bed. While the dogs do paw at them to settle them before they lay down, it has not damaged the cover. Though the bed did not fair so well (pictured). Will update once they are put back together. Absolutely worth every penny!

Great for big dogs

Got the jumbo for our 100+ lb GS mix and he loved it as soon as we took it out of the box. It is just thick enough and very soft. The color is beautiful (smoke grey)- same color throughout vs the other greys that have a darker top. Best part- no more jumping on our couch! Highly recommend.

Great Dog Bed

My dog is very particular about his bed. When trying to replace his old worn out one, he has refused to lie on the new ones we have bought him. However, he took to this one right away. It looks like the filling is an "egg crate" type of padding. The cover where it is "furry" is very soft, but also seems to be very warm (so not the best in the hot weather). It is also very large and takes up quite a bit of room (but the perfect size for our German Shepherd mix). Overall - this was a great purchase and our dog really likes it.

Loved it!

Awesome bed. Especially for the large sized crate. Fits snug on the side and a few inches left on the end. no biggy though. Now time will tell how the padding holds up but out of the box 5 stars. A bit pricey if your low on funds. I believed i paid 37 bucks but had it in 2 days. I purchased 2. one for my German Shepard. One for my border collie. Both pups but full sized. They absolutely love them. Or should i say loved it as far as the GS is concerned. He ate his the first night. But believe me he regrets it. I know this because every chance he gets he runs into his partners cage and lays down. So the only complaint so far is i wished i would of spent the 1st night with them to discourage the distruction. He now has the prepackaged carpet with padding 2x2 squares in his crate. Better than nothing buddy. Next time think it all the way through before eating your bed.
