Super for yarn. The yarn opening is slightly rough but it works well on most yarn. Great size for large balls.

Helpful and attractive bowl to prevent rolling yarn balls

Nicely turned wooden bowl. Helps prevent runaway balls of yarn while knitting. Perhaps not as jumbo as I expected, but still appears adequate for large yarn balls. Pretty solid and I feel too big for air flights, but can pack, or use on train or cars, I presume.

Very nice yarn bowl

Bought this as a gift for my mom, who is an avid knitter, and she loves it. It’s very nice looking and well made. Smaller than I envisioned, but that’s because I didn’t get out a ruler to get a better idea of size. My mom, however, said it will fit quite a bit of yarn which I wouldn’t have known as I do not knit.

Quality product

It's a good quality product. I bought it after a ceramic one I had received as a gift was broken. I don't know that it's a good product for travel? It does come with a travel bag though.
