Honestly not sure what the fuss is about.
I quite enjoyed this bacon. Particularly because there was next to no fat on these strips, to my surprise. This bacon had so little fat that it almost needed some oil to cook... almost. Very tasty! I've had the same experience multiple times buying this brand, so perhaps the product has gotten better since the last reviewers posted?

I think this bacon is great. It does have fat but not so much that causes a ton of grease. It doesn't get real crispy but also feels healthy while tasting great.
