If you love take-out/delivery Indian food but don't recognize that it's a splurge on the calorie front, then my review may create a bit of cognitive dissonance. If you are willing to acknowledge that the taste of true Indian food is fantastic and worth the calories on occasion, but looking for a place to cut back a little and add a tad of healthy grain, then this whole wheat naan is the place to do it! Does it taste like naan you'd get with your take-out? Of course not. Is it good quality? Definitely! When our Indian comes, I'm lucky that my hubby is willing to warm one of these in the microwave to go with my meal. I hardly notice that I'm not eating fattening starchy traditional naan. However, in the micro, it comes out more like a tasty pita bread. If one were to take the time to bake or even toast it with a bit of olive oil or butter spray, i think it would maintain more of a naan consistancy. CAVEAT: If you don't eat quality whole grains foods already, don't expect this to be a miracle. It's just a tasty whole grain, healthy alternative to traditional naan for people who are not ready to give up on the flavor and spices of great Indian food.

That's good.Yes, I usually steam it.

In just two minutes you have an authentic Naan. They are not identical to the restaurant, as you are reheating a previously cooked product. These are really close to the real deal, and ready in just two minutes!

So glad Amazon sells Whole Foods products now - this naan is fantastic, especially if you toast it with tomato slices and cheese on half and fold it over into a sandwich.

This naan is so good I only let myself buy it once in awhile, otherwise I'll want to devour it in one sitting (kidding, sort of...).
