Great high quality product, fits perfectly on my 2011 Nissan Sentra
I bought this because a P101 Mass Air Flow Sensor error code had triggered my check engine light. Initially, I cleaned the mass air flow sensor which didn't fix the code, then I bought a new mass air flow sensor, and unfortunately it also did not resolve the error. I then decided to spray the throttle body with some CRC aerosol spray cleaner which requires the removal of the air intake hose. I was worried I might crack the stock intake hose because it had become dry and stiff over the years. So I purchased this part, it took only a few mins to install, was able to spray the throttle body, which eventually fixed the error code.

Solved my stalling issue
I want to give this review 4 stars but I’ll give it 5 because I don’t want people to be discouraged in purchasing this. The reason I want to give it 4 is because it doesn’t fit exactly. The fit over the throttle body is so tight I had to mess with it for like 20 min, I was sweating and my legs were burning from all the time leaning into the bay. I want to give it 5 because after all that crap it works and my Sentra doesn’t stall anymore and the engine light went off. So it does work, it just needs some jimmying

Fit my 2008 Nissan Sentra. Feel like a mechanic now! 😂😎💪
Thank the heavens I found this part on Amazon! And at a reasonable price! 😄🙌🎉 It saved me about $200+ if I were to take my car to the shop. My 'Check Engine Light' came on so I feared the worst.💸😰😱😭 💸But instead of taking it to a shop/mechanic where most places charge $75+ for a Diagnostic. I took it to AutoZone to get the 'Check Engine Light' test for FREE. Read 'Mass Air Flow Sensor' error. Mind you, my boyfriend and I, tackled this problem together so it took us some TIME. Our personal time reading the owner's manual, looking under the hood, familiarizing ourselves with the parts and watching YouTube videos on how to check/replace parts. Turned out the sensor was in good condition, BUT the whole hose had to be replaced (cracked/damaged). AutoZone had the EXACT SAME PART for $80 bucks. Ummm...No. If I were to take it to the shop I bet you they would've STILL done a Diagnostic Test ($75+) to find the SAME ISSUE we found then charge us $200+ for parts/labor. Ummm....No. We searched other sites online but Amazon had the best price AND we had Amazon Prime. Ummm....YES! Part arrived as expected. Meanwhile we watched YouTube videos on how to replace the part. OMG! Soo easy! 😄 It took us about 15 minutes to do the job because my car is dirty and old. Have to use a little muscle power. 💪 Just need a Philips/Star screwdriver and pliers. Car ran smoothly and SOOO much better. In about 2 weeks the Check Engine Light went away. No issues as of today. 😎 🚗 $36 to replace the part ourselves, take time to do a little research, learn something new and feeling accomplished verses $250+ if we took it to a shop... was all worth it!

So easy to install my fiance did it herself!
The fiance took one of our cars out to Arizona for our relocation. She called me very upset one morning from a service shop out there. They told her it was going to be about $400 to replace. I laughed and told her to calm down. I sent her a screenshot of this and a link to a YouTube video. 2 days later when she received the part. She did the install herself while on the phone with me, keeping the kid and the dogs in order. Couldn't have taken her more than 15 minutes. And she's not leaving mechanical type. So I'm extremely very proud of her! And very satisfied with product. She says that the car is running stronger and doesn't seem to want to slow down or die on her randomly. I'm glad we don't have to spend three times as much at a local parts store just for the part. Nor do we have to spend a ridiculous $400 on something she could do herself. From what she tells me this aftermarket part seems 30-year then the one she took off. Note to service centers: I had this car checked out before letting her take kid on the road there. I was told it was fine. Then she gets there and I'm told $400 to fix it. It would have cost me a total of $112 round trip including this part from Amazon to go install it myself. So anyone questioning if they should get this part. Do it!

Easy Installation!
My air intake hose needed to be replaced, badly. I went online to check availability and price, at my local automotive parts store where they were priced at $82 and up. So, I came to Amazon, read quite a few reviews and placed my order for this item which was less than half the price, Score #1. Then I found out it would be delivered the next day, Score #2. I watched a Youtube video and waited for my part. The part arrived as promised and I admit I was a little worried because of the Pittsburgh marathon. The part was easy to install and I didn't have any trouble at all. My car is running great and it always feesl so good when I fix something on my own and save money.

2010 sentra intake hose. fixed my check engine light
2010 sentra intake hose. It fit just fine. the was nearly half the price of the dealership. fixed my check engine light (It seems to be common for the sentra's intake hose to split in the creases). 4 - 5 stars. Installed it 5 months ago.

Perfect OEM replacement
I was very very hesitant to buy something unseen...but I said "What the heck it's only $35.00 ! " when I got it it was made a good strong yet flexible rubber....my husband installed it in like 30 mins, reason was it was difficult to fit in the small gap but he was glad it was like that.....you don't want something that is weak and soft ....I would definitely recommend this for your car. Just make sure you check the correct fitment before you purchase it

Great buy!
Bought this part for my 2000 Nissan Altima & have experienced no issues. Easy to change yourself with a couple of appropriate tools, although I did break a nail. Small price to pay for an item that was 3x as much from the dealer. I would re-purchase this item and recommend to a friend. Totally fixed my vacuum leak. 👍

Car purrs like a kitten now thanks to this part
I bought my 2008 new to me car in 2017, and it had a rough idle. It would die if you had to slow down to a stop real fast. It would die if you were sitting at a red light too long. And most importantly, if you were parked on an decline (front end down back end up higher) you’d have to start the car, smash the peddle several times, and pull out of the parking space at a high rate of speed and idle, and a few choice words for the car otherwise you’d be stuck there and have to push it out by hand. Took it to the dealership they said it was a and I quote “tiny pin hole you can’t see with the naked eye” and they wanted $350 to replace the dust boot. That’s what they called it. So I researched what a dust boot was cuz as a mechanics daughter I had never heard of a dust boot. I called around mechanic shops and asked what a dust boot was and after talking to roughly 10, one guy said some dealerships call the air intake hose a dust boot so they can confuse you on the part that needs fixed. So I searched around for a cheap but decently priced part for sadly a year. We thought about duct taping it since it was “just a tiny pin hole” and seeing if it would fix it. My step dad also a mechanic didn’t want to take it apart the car being 10 years old didn’t know if it would fall apart. Finally, I got some extra cash hanging around and looked online for the part and this one popped up and I was like “sold!” As soon as it arrived my step dad put it on for me. I was in class at the time. Now, my car runs like a dream; purrs like a kitten. Doesn’t have an awful idle or anything. Just perfect. Now, that “tiny pinhole that you couldn’t see with the naked eye” turned out to be two giant holes that had almost torn the whole hose into 3 sections. I want to take it up to the dealership and tell them “tiny pin holes you can’t see with the naked eye? I’m pretty sure you can see these two holes from space”. Granted running the car with the holes could have made them worse but with the size of them both it had to have been pretty bad when I bought it. This part worked perfectly, I have prime and it came in 2 days, technically 1.5 days. Fit perfectly for my 2008 Nissan Sentra. Apparently wasn’t a hassle putting on, my sister a mechanic in training (lol not really she just piddles) she put it on with my step dads help. I would give it a million stars if I could.
