I can’t speak to it’s weather proofing since I use them indoors but I’ve bout 3 of these now. One was busted and I had to return it but had no issues and the replacement worked fine. One unit has been installed in a thrift store where we keep it positioned above the front door with one chime about 30 feet away and the other about a half block away separated by four walls. In both cases the chimes have been working well and the triple a batteries in the sensor seem to last for several months without change. I think it was almost a year before I had to do that. The second unit was placed in a church building, which was much smaller. Aside from getting a bum unit that had to be returned the replacement has been working without issue since for several months. I’m considering getting one for my house now, just as a cheap way to have a security system. False alerts have been very minimal and I attribute them to things like leaves and swinging signs that may have tripped the laser.

Works great and does the job Is easily triggered So if this is what your looking for Has a lot of sounds and volume can be adjusted gets very loud if you need it loud.. Have 1 upstairs towered the front and one downstairs towered the back Great for when I’m gardening or cleaning

At my office, I work in the back by myself often. When people come in, I can't hear them (i.e. clients, door dash, amazon, etc.). I was searching for an economical remote alert system (similar to a driveway alarm up at the house), and I was having trouble finding one that transmitted to a receiver. This baby is perfect and I now know when people are creeping up on me.

This thing is awesome!! We placed a receiver in the backyard by our hot tub!! Good to have some notice when someone pulls in the driveway, if you get my drift..😳

easy to set up. loud when activated Can hear at a good distance.

Product is cheap. Ringer is a bit sensitive and loud. But it works for safety as we wanted.

For entrance it works good.

Works good when someone or something gets in range. Would like to be able to put at the end of drive but says can't be directly in the elements

This works great for our business - one "dinger" in the main room, and another back in our workroom!

It lets me know when customers arrive if I am in the back of the salon. I saw another comment about putting tape on part of the sensor window to narrow the alerts to the doorway. Otherwise it had a much larger area of detection. works great!
