Update oh, I have bought this product for a second time to go in my hall bathroom now. These fixtures look good and are very durable I cannot recommend them enough. Very nice product, great price and very attractive when installed. This product is very easy to install I have some skill but I honestly believe that a ten-year-old could install this faucet, they've made it so simple.

faucet good, drain too big

Drain diameter was much bigger than a standard drain. It was a tight fit and the plastic stuck up above the porcelain sink and trapped water. Fortunately, I had an extra (standard) drain in the basement. The plastic feed lines were good and I will save them as spares, but they cannot be shortened. I re-used the chrome plated copper which looks better anyways. UPDATE: Parlos quickly responded to my issues. They recommended an alternative design that they manufacture. All sinks are not equal or standard. The drain that you need is dependent on age and style. update: the company I reached out and replacing the drain. Unfortunately it was my plumbers mistake! Do not use plumbers putty on the drain to seal! It will weekend the drain and cause corrosion! Use silicone. Although it was a mistake on my part they were nice enough to send a replacement. Very quick response and professional. I all definitely be using this brand from now on. They really listen to the consumer. They are constantly fixing issues with their merchandise. Catherine was great. It’s beautiful but after Having it installed for four months the drain cracked and it corroded because it is made out of plastic. Very disappointed. Quality faucet for a great price

I was very pleased with this purchase. I was at Lowe’s before buying this and similar looking faucets were twice the amount. So when I ordered this I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The price is half of the big box stores which happens often with online shopping but the quality is what really took me back as that can be hit or miss with an item like this.

Good looking, easy install.

I ordered 4 of these, the one shown is the last to be installed because I knew I'd have to take the sink off of the wall. The most difficult part of this project was removing the old faucet. The new one installed quickly and easily. It was a nice thing to have the water supply lines included! They're great looking faucets, and so far, there are no leaks. They're easy to clean too, which is one reason I wanted to replace the old faucets. I'd but from this company again.

Better than my old high-end expensive faucet

Had to replace a 14 yr old faucet. Didn’t have the money to buy high-end at this time. Was surprised to purchase a complete set of faucet, water lines, & sink drain plug at an amazing price. Packaging was awesome & faucet in a nice fabric bag. Opened my eyes wide-open at the quality, as I always go for expensive faucets. This faucet is an upgrade & a well learned buying purchases don’t have to be expensive to get what you are looking for.

Well our Parlos Swivel 2 Handle bathroom faucet was delivered today, and I must say that I’m super surprised and extremely impressed on the quality of this product from the faucet itself to the pop up drain assembly. I’m residential builder business owner, purchased this one for home and you can’t get a product like this in any of the Home Improvement stores for nearly this cost. Thanks Amazon and Parlos I’ll recommending this product to customers, after the longevity / durability testing... say after 3 months of use!

Great look, great price and easy install.

Very easy install and I like that it reaches out further that the old faucet. Much easier to get my hands under the water. The faucet now send the water right to the center of my sink. The handles needed to be snugged down but it comes with an Allan wrench and is super easy to do. It worked without snugging it down but I don’t like loose handles. Took only a quarter turn to cinch them tight.

Upgraded my bathroom

I decided to purchase these fixtures for two of the bathrooms in my house. These gave an added touch to bathroom and basically upgraded the area. My plumber installed it and didn’t complain of any difficulty. The head on the fixture moves, which is an added touch. Love the brushed nickel finish, and I actually like the pop up feature for the drain.
