Works for three months and bricks. No hardware option for factory resetting. Once anything goes wrong, there is no way to fix it. Update 03/24/2018 After working with the seller, i was offered and tendered a replacement with zero hassel and maximum alacrity.

How to play movies

H96 is a stick different people can install apps and kodi. You have to see if that person company is good. So estgous is the developer not good don’t buy from him. Yuh have to do your research just like your android box. If you want it to work you lol have to do it yourself. So easiest way so you can play movies. Google play store search kodi. Uninstall then reinstall then open. At least you will get movies and tv shows. Your welcome.

The picture quality is very clear

The picture quality is very clear and bright, and the WiFi network connection is very smooth.The interface is simple, especially the bonus remote control makes it easier to use.I also want to mention, for same config tv box, performance of this one exceeds my expectations. Great box for the price. Plan on buying a few more for the other rooms soon.

Quick, clear and very responsive.

Great T.V box android 8.1 ...

I received the box 10days ago. Setup was easy. I used the included hdmi cable and chose to connect it to the Internet via ethernet. Everything worked flawlessly out of the box and within minutes of setup we were exploring all of the apps and watching videos. I don't think it matters what box you buy as far as the learning curve goes as they are all very similar with just different skins on the user interface. I found it very simple to add new apps to the box and to add new add ons (I consider them to be like networks or channels) I'm thrilled that I finally have my own box and I am more than happy with this manufacturer and seller.
