Works and looks amazing!

This is such a great insert. We love the 3 options of flame color. It fits perfectly in the old wood burning fireplace hole. Our chimney is not safe for fires anymore. Also we have solar, so an electric insert only made sense for us. We love that it will put out heat too if needed.

Yes an answer to a drafty fireplace. Blocked the flue in chimney, which was warped. Found this baby to fit inside. Husband placed two cinder blocks inside put insert on them. Fit was almost right just needed to add a small piece of metal plate across the bottom and boom beautiful. Using the rocks instead of log, updated fireplace.

I was very nervous about purchasing, it was the most expensive purchase I’ve made on amazon thus far, I purchased the 72inch Armanni Fireplace when it arrived the first time the glass was shattered I was heart broken. Contacted customer service and all I can say is amazing! I could literally call or text them at any time and they would quickly respond. They sent a replacement very fast and absolutely love this item the quality is amazing! We receive so many compliments extremely happy with this purchase! Picture does not do it justice!

Phenomenal at first glance, and second, and third.....

Package arrived safely today, minus one small hole punched through both sets of boxes. Fortunately it was on the rear of the unit and didn't cause any damage. Being an avid home re-modeler and a stickler for details, I can say that this is a fantastic unit. Very solid, thick glass front, well constructed. The factory has it shipped with the logs installed, which produce an amazing glow. The picture on the website doesn't do it justice. There is minimal blower hum, however I will insulate the shelf which it will rest on, once it's installed inside the wall. Not an issue. For a snug in-wall install, the framing dimensions are 45 1/2" x 20 1/2". 5 1/2" depth is probably the minimum based upon the cord positioning in the rear. BTW..this is for the 50" unit. I would not recommend a hanging install, due to the weight. However, the unit is completely encased. Nothing bare showing. All said, I would definitely purchase another one, if applicable.

LOVE!!!

I rate this 5 stars on ease of install and assembly. It's too soon to rate durability. We put this in in 3 hrs. after a long hard day. I love the look and feel of this electric fireplace. We have the logs in now and have not yet tried the stones. I am beyond pleased with this fireplace!

Beautiful!

I was nervous to buy this online but it is amazing. One of the nicer electric fireplaces I have ever seen. I get alot of compliments on it. Super quiet. It does not put out alot of heat but my room is large with vaulted ceilings so its to be expected. Its a new build so have not been able to enjoy it yet. I may by another one for my master bedroom. Easy to install as well.

Fireplace looks amazing!...log was cracked and I was able to immediately connect with manufacturer to have replacement logs expedited within 3 business. Very professional and glad they were able to address. HIGHLY recommend!!
