This cube is so much smoother than the traditional Rubik's cube. Spins easily, no issued with it after 8 hours of solid use. It took a couple hours to "break in" so that it spins very easily. I also like that there are no stickers on this that would peel off over time.

My first Rubik’s Cube since I was a kid

This is my first Rubik’s Cube since I was young & it has been great! It moves fast, has been durable, was great for my 7 year old daughter to play with as well & has been nothing but fun since I got it nearly 4-5 months ago! I am a 34 y/o beginner-of-Cubing person, & in my humble opinion. This has been a GREAT Product...I don’t intend on being any faster than my thus-far record of ~30 seconds, but this Cube has held up & been magnificent as my very first in MY newly-discovered-world of Cubing adventure(s). It surpassed my expectations & continues to.

I REALLY like this cube

When I got this cube I was still very new to Rubik’s cubes. I was getting annoyed at how hard it was to move normal cubes while I was trying to figure it out. It’s fantastic. I do not have a lot of experience as I said before but the easy of turning right out of the box was perfect for me. I have cube lube but haven’t even needed it up this point and I use it at my desk almost daily.

Speedy

After trying to solve my daughter's superstore-version Rubik's cube via Internet tutorial I realized just how stiff it was and cumbersome to do the patterns the tutorial specified. I bought this one and it's definitely a step up from the standard version. Super smooth and fast. It feels solidly built and I haven't had any problems with it. I'm not an expert Rubik's cube solver, but for casual solving pleasure this cube fits the bill.

Definitely smoother than the original

My 11yr old son says this speed cube is much smoother and faster than his original rubik's cube. Sometimes it turns too fast and he overshoots, but he loves it.

Third time's the charm

I purchased and returned two different, highly rated cubes prior to trying this one. The first was clunky and obviously just intended as a toy. The second was more for quick, smooth turns - but the materials were lacking. This cube turns smoothly and feels like quality construction. I really like that it has the tiles instead of the stickers. I find stickers irritating because they are rarely centered and often have air-bubbles. So...this cube appears to have all the boxes checked. Will I win any records with it? Only in my own imagination. But I expect it will be fun anyway. I just received it a couple hours ago and I've already put it through quite a few solves. Both the others already had return labels at this point!

Prettiest & most smooth cube I've ever owned.

I have been cmCubing for almost 2 years. I am not a super fast cuber but I am pretty good. "Full CFOP, UNDER 30 SECONDS per solve" before today, my favorite 3×3 was the D-Fantix 3×3 that came in the combo pack with the 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 & 5×5. I bought myself a Rubik's Speed Cube as a birthday present to myself. My expectations weren't high but didn't care cuz it was a great cube to add to my collection but.... It is seriously the beautiful & smooth cube I have ever owned. I am so happy.

NO STICKERS!

In the Florida heat, leaving a cube with stickers (by accident) in bag or glove box can result in the stickers peeling off when it is jostled around and rubs against other objects, or if it comes in contact with some form of liquid. Therefore, I was looking for a cube without stickers yet still true to the original color scheme. This cube is the perfect solution! I am not a fast cuber like those crazy folks out there, but just prior to writing this review I easily solved this cube in 45 seconds. I am certain I will continue to improve on my speed using this cube. I am very happy with this purchase.

Very smooth and easy on the fingers

Cube has smooth rounded edges and no stickers. Very smooth and easy on the fingers. Great improvement over the original. Happy with product.
