Don't know why I didn't buy this earlier while doing the trailer build out. It's a great tool for my 8-1/2' x 24' work trailer. Works like a charm Was an easy install, Has a slot holder to protect the 7 pin head (too bad there are not two of them one for the trailer) I love the fact that you can quickly drop the bottom plate and the unit will rise or close all the way up giving no chance to bend or break it off if you hit low ground while traveling or backing up. I've only had the product a short time and used it a few but so far Love it and hope it outlast me.

Have only owned a few months (and honestly used very few times) however - it has been there for me each and every time - delivering exactly what I wanted. A non-manual cranking trailer jack for my 16ft. enclosed trailer. No wiring issues like I have read about similar price point brands. It was a simple take off the old, put on the new, hook up the 7 pin plug, and away we were. Cannot gauge speed as this will be my first electric trailer jack, however for the money - seemed to perform satisfactory. I expect products to live up to their claims and so far this one has. Highly recommend!

I have a 7x16 trailer with two 5200 lb axles. I use the trailer to put 4,800lbs to 6,000lbs of concrete-filled barrels as tent weights into the trailer and move them to our tent setup sites all over the South East. Previously, It was very difficult to manually raise and lower the tongue to and from the trailer hitch. Now, with the Uriah US500010 Jack, I can raise and lower it with ease! And, it was an easy five minute job to remove the manual jack and install the Uriah Electric Trailer Jack. Please check the bolts under the head unit. Mine were loose when received. I tightened them before use. It works great! I highly recommend it to you.

I bought it for its' Plug and Play ability. I was looking at rewiring my trailer and adding a battery as I don't have electric brakes on this trailer. Stumbled on this jack. I don't have a trailer brake controller on this vehicle. I was pleased that my vehicles 7 pin connector did have 12 volts available. I liked ease of installation. Undid 3 bolts, removed manual hitch, installed Uriah hitch, installed 3 bolts, plugged connector in to 7 pin jack. Can't say about how long it will work, but it lifted trailer tongue off the hitch when I put the trailer away. WAY better than turning the manual crank a million times. Label on button wasn't what I expected. I thought it was the direction of the leg. It is actually the direction of the tongue. UP is tongue up, not jack leg up. DOWN is tongue down not jack leg down. 5000 LB capacity is overkill for my current trailer. I plan on a bigger trailer down the road and plan to bring this jack with me. The jack appears to be well built and I think it will last me a long time.

The trailer jack has saved our backs many a times when moving our 24 foot flat bed trailer into our backyard. Works great for connecting and disconnecting too. Thank you so much for all the reviews that we read - it helped with our purchase.

I can not figure out why we waited so long to get this and then install it! We ordered a custom trailer that was outfitted with a manual 2,000lb rated jack. That jack was very underrated for what weight we needed in our trailer! I wanted something electric but we don't have a battery power source in the trailer. Having a jack that can run off a 9-pin is BRILLIANT. The installation was less than 10 minutes as we just left the trailer attached to our hitch. We plugged in the 9-pin and up and down she goes! I wish she had two pin holders for when she's parked so we could protect the pin plug that runs the hitch as well as the one for our running lights. That would be our only recommendation for improvement. So glad we came across this on Amazon!

Installed this right after we received and seems to work great so far. Didn't notice that the electricity hooks up to the truck and not the travel trailer but that's okay since they'll be going together anyway. And this was a whole lot less costly than buying one at the RV center. Was really easy to install and worked great at time of install. Taking a trip soon so will see how it handles then but it appears to be just fine.

I bought this to put on my cargo trailor that I haul around 6000 lbs. It is rated for 5000, but I have had no problem at all with my weight on my trailor. I love the ease of installation and it works GREAT. This is the first one with a weight of 5000lbs that I found. Thanks Guys.
