Fresh taste, didn't take long to cook. I made a batch of Greek style Hummus with a portion of these Garbanzo Beans. It turned out so good and fresh, family members asked me to make more for them. Froze a couple batches. Can't wait to see how it tastes in a couple weeks. (Picture of a serving of my hummus, without the extra olive oil on top. They started "tasting" qicker than I could take the picture, lol.)

These ceci beans were a delicious addition to my homemade vegetable soup. The beans cooked up smooth...soft and tasty. A quality product...thank-u.

I soaked these overnight and started cooking them this afternoon to make some hummus and some chickpea and farro stew. With dried chickpeas bought locally, I often have to cook them for hours and maybe add a pinch of baking soda to get them tender. But I tasted these less than an hour after I started cooking them, and they are already tender and tasty! I can't wait to finish my recipes, and just ordered another bag.

We are a plant-based family, so we consume a lot of legumes. Undoubtedly, chickpeas are our favourite. These are very good. I love that they come in a convenient one pound package, at the bulk price. It's no fun lugging a 10 or 25lbs bag of peas to prep for dinner.

We love chick peas. You can fry these crisp for snacks, or put them in soup. Cook them in broth or put in soup. They are heavenly and cook quickly, about 15 mins. You will never use canned peas again.

I believe this is my second order

Love these...and all the rest of the dried beans...less shelf space than canned, no soaking needed...I use in crock pot, instant pot and on the stove...I never looked at the directions...just toss them into whatever I am making...always great

I make my own Hummus so I love this product. The only inconvenience (not to me) is that you need to soak the dry beans overnight and then cook them one hour. But it is well worth it. No preservatives or artificial stuff. I love this product and highly recommend it.

These are the smaller better tasting garbanzo beans. I used them to make the hummus recipe from the ‘Milk Street’ cookbook. Outstanding.

I love to cook my own garbanzos; I put them in salads, soups, rice and make humus.
