Also if you mistakenly added ghost peppers, adding coconut milk calms it all down enough to live through the feast. If there's no coconut milk in the cupboards I'm in trouble.
I love this coconut milk. I've tested all the usual suspects and settled on this one for desserts, curries and ice cream. This makes perfect coconut cream ice cream in my cuisinart ice cream maker. Also, you can keep in the fridge and use the cream on top to make dairy-free whipped cream. Perfect
This is an awesome product. Tastes as fresh as if it was just made hours after picking the fruit off the tree with no artificial ingredients. Brings back memories of my childhood when I used to make this myself. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I have purchased other brands that do not solidify into cream and will not buy them again. This one I order in bulk, ten cans at a time. Just placed another order. Top a spoonful over frozen yogurt or ice cream and it shells up fairly nicely and provides a crunchy texture. Love that.
Coconut milk is such a versatile ingredient. I personally use coconut milk to cook creamy dishes. Coconut milk and a jar of tomato paste provides a rich creamy flavor. Throw some potatoes and chicken, and you have yourself a fast high quality meal. One of the best coconut milk out there!
