Clean beautiful ready to combine with veggies and rice. Perfect legumes.

They are what they say they are. The only thing I would say is they are most certainly not going to cook in 20 to 23 minutes it took longer than that unless you want to eat what tastes like tiny ball bearings in your mouth

These are great for my lentil soup recipe.

These lentils always have great texture once they're cooked, so I know they aren't old.

Still cold in NJ so I made soup, lentil soup. Great quality, no soaking needed. I rinsed them and maybe picked out 1 or 2, the rest were perfect. Will def be purchasing again. 365 Everyday Value, Organic Green Lentils, 16 Ounce

I eat lentils everyday and the 365 brand is hands down the best quality lentils. I’ve purchased the red, green, and black and other brands don’t compare. I do soak my beans after rinsing them, either overnight in cold water or for an hour with boiling water, and they cook much faster. You can also sprout them for amazing salad toppers!

These cook wonderfully well every time - excellent quality - just a quick rinse before cooking for 5 mins and these make the BEST lentil soup ever!

Made a delicious stew with sweet potato and butternut squash that turned out amazing with these lentils!

The lentils are delicious and the service was excellen.,

Way better than I had assumed they would be. I’m temporarily without kitchen, and was desperately seeking “real” food, craving wholesome, hearty...mujedra...that’s what I wanted. I soaked these for a couple hours, then cooked them on the “white rice” setting on a borrowed rice cooker. I suspect the soaking wasn’t necessary, these were almost overdone by that point...but tasty and soul satisfying. I might’ve been willing to sell my birthright...I got them in my Prime Pantry box...so...two day shipping.
