This is a good product wish it came on our RV already. Way better then the plastic one that broke reason for getting this one

Works great.

ordered 2, one would not latch because of a manufacturing error. I let them know and they quickly sent me 2 more. They work great, just spend some time setting them up before drilling the first hole. I had similar plastic latches on my camper, but a lite breeze would shut the doors. I started off placing these in the same place before I realized they needed to be in different locations and angles that the original latches. Oh yeah, in my installation the latch rests against the body of the trailer when unlatched. I was concerned that this would wear a spot in the paint over time. I have added small rubber stick on pads between the "T" latch and it's base to keep it from closing against the body.
