I have a Ridgid AC9946 mitre saw stand. I wanted another set of brackets to mount a table saw for occasional use. I bought some from Home Depot (not Ridgid brand) that were supposed to be compatible but they were not. HD sells these too for the same price but you have to wait ten days to get them. I bought these on Amazon, had them in two days and they fit perfectly. Adds tons of flexibility to that stand!

I was very surprised when I opened the box with my two ToughBuilt roller stands. I went the “cheap route” when I bought these and quite frankly I had very low expectations. Imagine my surprise and delight when I pulled these roller stands out! The ToughBuilt stands are exactly that — tough built!! They are well put together, nice heavy gauge steel and operate smoothly and correctly. This is one time I am tickled to death that I went the cheap way. Try these out, you will be surprised at how much you get for your buck!

I could not be more pleased. This is a very high quality stand that should last a lifetime. You will not find better stand for the money. Thanks Amazon and Tough Built.

NOTE: For those who own the excellent portable Ridgid Miter Saw Stand #AC-9946...these mounts fit like a glove with no adjustment or modification of any kind needed, and are $86 cheaper than a pair the Ridgid mounts. In fact...I like these much better. They have a longer mounting surface plus two added brackets that accommodate saws or other tools with irregular mounting holes. Plus the rotary locks work better in that they are easier to lock and unlock. The quality is at least as good if not better than the Ridgid mounts. I use these on two Ridgid AC-9946 stands purchased on sale for $89 with military discount, from Home Depot...to mount multiple sanders, grinding wheels and drill press. I now own four sets and may buy more. They are a bargain at the current $29.00 price.

Very solid construction. The legs and arms extend with little effort and lock securely, and are very sturdy even at full extension. The quick attach/ detach brackets are solid and when unlocked, allows the saw to slide back and forth on the rails very smoothly. Tires are solid rubber, not cheap plastic so it grips and rolls across most [reasonable] surfaces. I dragged this unit up a set of stairs with a landing with a 12" sliding compound attached without any issues. The handle is plastic but feels solid. I would not recommend lifting the entire unit by the handle with your saw attached if it is as heavy as mine. When in the "travel" position (legs folded in) it does not balance itself with my saw attached. However, mine is among the largest and top heavy you could find. Smaller miter saws may be able to be stored attached and vertical. Now that I think about it, I would probably not store mine vertically even if it could, I imagine that could throw the saw out of alignment over time. Love this thing, wish I would have invested in one sooner.

Took about an hour or two to set up, my Makita 12" sliding Miter Saw fit right on, no problems. Already using it, very sturdy, easy to set up and take down. I did need to use an alignment pin in a place or two to draw pieces closer for the bolts to fit, but would much rather goes together tight than loose. Very happy with my selection, Now I know why it is the best rated among users. Manufacturer has a very good product here, at a competitive price. Extensions are very sturdy, and hold thier place, repetitive cuts came out exactly the same length.

Easy to put together. Seems very sturdy. The flip down arms on the legs to hold boards are great for when you need to cut a bunch of boards at once. At first, the stand seems a little low, but after using it a bit, I think it's actually a better height than the slightly taller stands that im used to. I'm 5'11" so not exactly short, but I imagine a 6'6" person might need a stand with adjustable leg height.

I love this stand! I'm in my50's (female), and I easily assembled it, and once I attached my compound miter saw to it, it was a struggle to left it up, but doable. I can wheel it anywhere, and lower it to store when not in use

This review is for the S600 stand (not the less expensive and smaller S500). I use this stand for both my Ryobi power miter saw and Triton thickness planer (which is a heavy beast). It works wonderfully for both. The extensions allow me to handle longer boards, and the stops at each end allow me to measure once then power through a number of identical cuts. Work surface is stable and at a good working height. I did get an extra set of “arms” to be able to quickly change out power tools. Assembly was well-documented, and took about 30 minutes. All holes lined up well, and no problems were experienced (that I could not overcome). Only a very small “niggle” - a couple of the bolt heads seemed to be “off” in size... 1/2” wrench too small... 9/16” wrench too big. Wait... pulled out a13mm and it fit just fine. Also one of the small screws that hold the rubber pads onto the frame took a bit persuading to self-tap into the hole. Like I said - really no problems at all. The box was beat to crap by the shipper - but kudos to the ToughBuilt team - all components were intact, had no damage, and all parts present and accounted for. Some reviewers here seem to be leaving comments on the S500 - rest assured the S600 will collapse with your power tool attached and stand upright with no problem. I even left BOTH my thickness planer and power miter saw attached and folded it up - and even then it stood upright. I will not repeat this however - since it was quite difficult to revert to the working position due to the extreme weight it was holding. However, unfolding to working position is quite easy with one tool mounted.

First of all, my old Craftsman miter saw didn't fit. But, it was such an awesome, cool stand I fabricated a bracket to make it fit. This stand is stable, it's easy to wheel around, it's sturdy and setting it up is a breeze. The extensions enable you to cut 10 foot lumber while keeping boards level. It folds up for transport and back down for use so effortlessly. After I've used it for awhile I'll try to remember to give you an update.
