Amazing item. Great price!

This item looked way to sophisticated for the price. But I took the shot. Good thing I did!! This thing works like a charm! It's very sharp. It's not all bulky...its really nice and sharp and because the price is good&its a perfect size I can now have a few them and line them up in my breakfront all nice. I really try to go out of my way to give a good review when I'm pleasently surprised. And I am!

Top Notch Customer Service and great product.

Superb customer service. Our product arrived and after the first use the product broke. Emailed the company and within 24 hours received a response and advised that another one was on its way. Tamara was our contact and she kept updating on when we would receive the product and wanted to make sure that the replacement was in working order. It has been a long time since we have received customer service with this much attention on our enjoyment and satisfaction. As for the product itself, it does exactly what it is supposed to. Our Prosecco remained bubbly and when we opened the bottle again, it had that same “pop”, like we just took out the cork. The stopper does not leak, as we stored the half full bottle on its side. Also has an indicator on the top, so you will know what day the bottle was opened. If you want a product backed with excellent customer service, but this!

This product comes in a really nice packaging, and it's working very good. I used it on a half-full champagne bottle and after one week when I took it off, all the bubbles were still there! Very recommended, happy with my purchase!

I L-O-V-E champagne! And I also L-O-V-E hosting! When I have guests coming over, my husband always opens a few bottles of different kind of champagne (he likes to always try new brands). The problem with opening several bottles at a time, is that even if there are 4-6 guests, there is always champagne left. I used to put a little spoon inside the unfinished bottles so the bubbles will stay for the next day or two, but it always felt kind of weird and also didn't give the best results. I was looking for a champagne stopper that will keep the bubbles inside for a few days (because even I prefer not drinking EVERY day haha), and this one looked pretty fancy. Before it arrived I received an email from the brand with instructions and tips, so it wasn't too hard to understand how to use it. I tried it on a half-full bottle, and when I opened the bottle again after 3 days, my champagne felt like new! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who's looking for a good solution for his unfinished champagne bottles!

Pretty Cool

I occasionally like a glass of champagne so I keep a bottle in the fridge. This is a recent habit and I forgot about the extreme pressure inside the bottle. One night I open a bottle and pour a glass. No problem. I use the original cork and return the bottle to the fridge. Big mistake. Later that evening I open the fridge door and there is champagne dripping off every shelf. I went in search for an appropriate stopper. Stoppers designed for wines will not work with champagne because of the constant pressure produced by champagne. This device is perfect. Simply push down and clamp the metal wings around the neck. It will maintain the pressure and will not pop off. It has a pump on top, which I don't need until it's almost empty. Awesome device and maintenance free.

Indeed works as described

I don't have to worry about throwing away half full bottles of flat champagne anymore... I often use a vacuum pump and seal for regular wine and I was always frustrated when I didn't have a solution for sparkling wine and champagne. This product works as described and is easy and elegant. From my experience, it's definitely recommended.

Didn't Work / UPDATE

Ordered this 2 weeks ago and received it a couple of days ago. Did not work, would not hold air pressure. Instruction were some enough but seal was not tight enough to keep pressure from escaping. To make matters worse, when I went on Amazon to return it said it was non returnable even though the website description says it has a 60 day return guarantee. I was finally able to get my point of this contradiction across to Amazon and was issued a credit. UPDATE 1-13-18. After my above review, I was contacted by Tamara from MiTBA Kitchenware. She was very concerned about my experience and offered to send me a replacement. She asked me some questions in an effort to determine why my stopper did not work and I sent a photo of the bottle it was used on. Today I received the replacement and it works like it's supposed to so I very happy with the product and how MiTBA stands by their product

This one works perfectly.

This one works perfectly. My wife and I enjoy an occasional bottle of Mumms or Pipers. We almost always have half a bottle left, and I've never found a stopper that keeps the champagne bubbly and fresh-tasting. This one did. We used the MiTBA stopper on a half bottle of Pipers on March 28, just before we left for a two-week vacation. The instructions included in the package were clear, although the bottle clamps were somewhat difficult to engage. I quickly found that maintaining downward pressure on the stopper while engaging the clamps made them seat perfectly. I then worked the pump on the stopper until I felt slight resistance, and put the bottle into our refrigerator. We returned April 14 and preoccupation with other things kept me from testing the champagne until April 28. Again, applying downward pressure on the stopper, I disengaged the clamps but nothing happened. However, gently working the stopper somewhat loose resulted in a satisfying whoosh, which told me that pressure had been maintained. The champagne was still as bubbly and delicious as it had been when we first uncorked the bottle. I am entirely satisfied with this product and recommend it highly.

Pretty Nifty gadget

Update: 4/1 Its been a month plus now and I have had enough time to really put this little gadget through its paces and I'm thoroughly Impressed with how well this works. I've had an open bottle champagne in the refrigerator for at least a week - with no real loss of flavor or bubbles. I like to keep champagne on hand for mimosas, sometimes you'll have that opened bottle, pop this stopper in, a few pumps and you're good to go. Would definitely recommend this product.... Cheers! The Champagne Stopper seems pretty well built, great quality. I tested this stopper and it worked as advertised. I would recommend this product. I will put it through its paces see how it holds it.

Fantastic Product

My lady friend likes champagne and I always worried a partial bottle would go flat in the fridge. This thing keeps even a 1/4 full bottle as fizzy as when you first uncorked it. It might take a little practice to get the wings to snap down over the lip below the opening of the bottle. I just keep holding them against the bottle whilst pumping the top and they will snap and latch. Pump until you feel resistance, and then a few more strokes and you are good to go. Once you figure that out, it's a breeze. If you like champagne, get a few of these.
