I love these shoes but the sizing is small. I've attached a photo comparing the Vangelo size 9 to Bogs and Birkenstock size 9. The Vangelo is about a half inch shorter, my toes instantly hit the end of the shoe. I exchanged them for a size 10 and the fit was perfect. All in all, I love these shoes, very comfortable and easy to wear. Nov 2020 update: I still LOVE these shoes!! I recently purchased a pair of the multi color and they are little lighter in weight, probably not a big deal for most people but I'm 75 and little things like that make a huge difference. These shoes have kept me from falling on my fanny many times in the snow and ice climate I live in. This is the only shoe I wear anymore, so easy to put on. I originally gave 4 stars due to sizing, but I updated to 5 stars because they are just a wonderful shoe for me. I now own 3 pairs.

You may have thought you have seen this type of shoe before, but it is really different, it is much more comfortable you can easily slip it on and off, we wear it on the floor that may have a little water, you won't feel slippery anymore. This does work well in the kitchen area, for a chef may stand all day long, then it provides necessary foot comfort and support. I told this shoe to my doctor friend, she ended up bought two pairs too. Both my wife and I now have this type of shoes. We also recommend someone works at hospital that can try this on too. We love it! Richard

I work 16 hour days, 5 days a week. Before, I was wearing regular shoes, and I could barely walk at the end of the day because my feet were absolutely killing me. I used to have a pair of restaurant shoes just like these and they lasted me 3.5 years, would have lasted longer if they didn’t get chewed up. Ever since buying these shoes again, my feet have been loving me for doing so. I no longer feel like I need crutches at the end of the work day, and my feet aren’t aching the next morning either. They are non-slick so you won’t have to worry about tripping over a small puddle of grease, we’ve all been there. Seriously, if you work in a restaurant environment, you absolutely NEED these shoes. Make sure to get your right size and you will thank yourself for doing so. I say $50 is a small investment for something that’ll save you a lot of pain, and last potentially 3 years.

I work in a restaurant and these shoes are great! They fit a little tight at first but after I wore them for a day or two, they loosened up and are very comfortable. My heels used to hurt when I wore regular tennis shoes at work but now they're fine. Also, the slip and water resistance is awesome! We clean our floors by dumping buckets of water and squeegeeing it away. Before we squeegee, I can walk at a normal speed through the puddles without worrying about slipping.

Great! Comfortable shoe, durable and definitely slip resistant. My feet don't sweat more than they would in Crocs. I'm on my feet all day. These shoes almost got returned because I have a high arch foot and found my feet killing me at first. But with some adjustments to some arch support that I got in addition, these shoes are a dream on my feet. If you have high arches, don't get discouraged Find the right additional support and these will be great! They aren't too bulky, same as Crocs would be. Got the green ones and while they get noticeably dirtier than black, they are a great color and I always get tons of compliments. I work in a hot kitchen all day long, and these definitely hold up.

Love these shoes! Use to get a more traditional non slip kitchen shoe but they started making them really poorly maybe the company went overseas not sure, but have been looking for a while. Bought these about eight months ago and LOVED them. I stand in an area that has fry oil EVERYWHERE all day long and after eight months I had to break down and get a new pair, that is really outstanding for a shoe in my work environment. Deck mopping, oil spills from fryers, meat or cheese on kitchen floors... wow these shoes are awesome, they also sell a replacement insole. Just pull out insole and hose shoe off let dry and reinsert insole!

Got these for my son to wear as he is in the medical field. Perfect. He’s got very big feet so sometimes it’s hard to find larger sizes locally. These not only fit but got many compliments from his peers!! Perfect for medical or culinary trades. Cleans up easily.

I've been wearing these ~40 hours a week in a high volume kitchen for 10 months now. I've always been happy with them. They are comfortable and fit as expected. They are really easy to clean too. After about 9 months, the non-slip portion is beginning to fall of the bottom of the shoe, so I know it's time to look for new ones. I might try a different shoe just to see what's out there, but I know I can come back to this one for a good value. I wish they lasted forever, but that's probably unrealistic to expect.

I wear these for moderately lengthy medical procedures because I didn't feel like spending $150 on Danskos, and I have wide feet. These shoes are awkward to walk in, but incredibly comfortable when you're standing in one spot working for a couple of hours. Blood (even dried, week old ) and basically everything else comes off easily with a bleach wipe. Get the ridiculously bright neon green/yellow; they're definitely a conversation starter XD

Ok let’s get something straight, you aren’t buying these shoes for appearance but for functionality. We have all heard of birth control glasses. Well these fugly sons a bitches are virginity clogs. (My boyfriend threatened to leave me If I keep wearing them around the house) That being said these are the most COMFORTABLE shoes I have ever worn. I work in a clinic and am going to nursing school and provide superior comfort all day long. You can wipe me clean with cavi/bleach wipes if needed.
