Great looking unit.

Installed it a few weeks ago so cant comment on durability, but it appears well made and solid. Looks great, many different colors to select. Provides adequate heat, heater wasnt the reason for purchasing this unit so not an issue. Attaching a few photos so buyer knows what to expect. Flames dont come out great in photos but look great in person.

Safety feature on heater.

My heater stopped working 1 month after installation (never used it since I installed it). I looked online at Amazon and website for instruction manual and warranty information... AMAZON says no warranty information available and there is no company website for R.W.Flame at the time of my original post. I since found the solution on my own... (HOLD the POWER button on the fireplace ON for about 10 seconds and it puts the heater back on (Child Safety). The company reviewed my post and contacted me via mail. Ms. Sharon was very nice and explained that the company will be soon creating a website with product information and warranty information online so customers can have the information available. ANSWER: there is a safety feature, turned on and off bydepressing the POWER button for about 10 seconds. Love the product and I get tons of compliments

Amazing!

My husband and I had a huge wall in our living room that would couldn’t quite determine what to do with. We decided to build an electrical fireplace and purchased this unit. Needless to say this fireplace is awesome and was the simplest part of this project to install! There are a multitude of color selections and Unfortunately the photos don’t do it any any justice. It’s absolutely stunning and changes the atmosphere. To top it off, it blows out a good amount of heat to keep a small area cozy!

BEAUTIFUL!!

This is exactly what I wanted. Box came intact, was not damaged. Easy to install..only issue is the crystal light bar does not have a multi-color setting. The colors can rotate while TBA background stays static unless I haven't figured out how to make all rotate yet (press and hold the crystal bar button and it will rotate through all colors)...wall is not complete yet.

Best value and looks better in person

The fireplace is absolutely stunning! Looks better than any other fireplace in the price range for sure. The mirror background gives it a high end elegant look. The remote works very well but we only use it a few feet away from the unit anyways. I’ve had it for 9 months now and no issues what so ever. Would recommend it 100 times again.

Great looking fireplace

I can’t say more nice things about the customer service of this seller. And I mistakingly wrote a review for this product giving it 3 stars because I believed that it could not be recessed. But Jane wrote me and calmly explained to me why it can be, and supplied me with install instructions for recessed installation. So I owe it to them to update my review to 5 stars.

The R.W.Flame 36 fireplace

We wanted this for our bedroom. We love it. It is not a word burning fireplace and it does not profess to be one. It is better than that. It is a modern version of the "fireplace" idea. It has a beautiful light show offering many different colors to suit your mood and changes with the push of a button. It is a plus that it also is an electric heater to warm those cold winter nights. It is very versatile and can be use with or without heat.

GREAT BUY!!!

What a product! Love this baby! So easy to install. It's recessed as you can see but can be surface mounted or free standing. The 2 stage heater is adequate for medium sized spaces and very quiet. Lots of adjustments for flame size, color and speed. Can be controlled by remote or front panel. Have had nothing but very good comments. Couldn't be happier.
