I brought her to practice on my braids. I wasn’t expecting for the this mannequin to be this good in quality and even to combs are heat resistant comb which is hard find... I got lucky 😍

Hair is manageable. Doesn’t shed much. Can braid well. Doesn’t tangle. Practicing braiding and twists. Did good.

This product is exactly what I was looking for

The hair on this mannequin is perfect. I purchased it for braiding and its just the right thickness and length for braids to stay put. The hair is soft but still course enough for the braids to stay pretty tight. I have not tried using a heating element on it yet but by the texture of the hair I think it will work great. The head was clean and the stand that came with it works just fine for mounting on a table or stand.

This mannequin head is a life saver! I’ve learned so much using it! The texture of the hair is so beautiful words can’t explain. It resembles real natural full luscious hair!!! I braid and practice with ease, no shedding! It was a bit too long to work with so I trimmed it a little but that’s the only fault I found and that’s not even a fault!

Amazing In All Ways

I was dying to hate this mannequin head based on all of the negative reviews. I didn't want to like it. I fully expected for this to be a disaster. But.... It wasn't. This is an amazing AMAZING product for anyone looking to learn, practice or manipulate. Wow. This price point set this up for failure..... WRONG. Hair is very thick. VERY THICK. The smell is not good when I opened the box but I was happy to see it was lice free (I was provided mannequins in 2005 at Academy which were full of dead nits). I immediately trimmed the hair which was easy to comb and section. I wanted to hate this after practicing a color technique. I knew for sure that color and a shampoo would make me hate it. WRONG. This was easy to shampoo and condition. For good measure I did a comprehensive blowout and it was just as easy. I did use a leave in conditioner but even before application, it was just as quick to comb and section. MINIMAL HAIR LOSS. I LOVE THIS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CUSTOMER OF HAIRGINKO! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THANK YOU.

Amazing texture & Density!

Im a current cosmetology student, purchased this maniquin head and so far I love it! Shampooed her and hair did not shrink, matt or knot up like the expensive ones that the school sells! I roller set her and popped her in the wig dryer for 30-40 minutes while I completed another one, the curls were so beautiful and defined OMG, I didnt want to comb them out! I love the texture & density and I did not experience alot of shedding like some who have purchased have described. I recommended her to all my class mates and the students in the new class. I have yet ro put a iron in her hair, so I cant comment on that, but I will update when I do. This was a great purchase and I will definitely purchase again for next semester!
