These stands are well made and have the extra pin for safety. For the price I was not expecting such a sturdy Jack stand.

Heavy Duty, Great for the Price and I really like that there is a two point locking system on these jacks. They work great for my Ram 2500

Good sturdy stands. I have a pair of 3 Ton stands from one of the discount tool places and although they serve their purpose on compact to mid size cars, they lack the height needed for working on Jeeps and the bigger trucks. I purchased these for that purpose. These have good welds, the paint is thick and the height adjustment is sturdy and stable. A couple of observations and pics for those looking for more info on them. 1. Minimum height is 15 inches ( this is with the adjustment bar lowered all the way down. No double locking pin engagement ) 2. Minimum height with double lock feature engagement is 17.5 inches. 3. Maximum height is 23.5 inches 4. The bottom corners are reinforced. 5. The black protective caps on the release handle need to be glued on if you want to not lose them. 6. They do have the double lock mechanism which is awesome. 7. Lower Base is 9 inch x 10 inch 8. Head is 4 inch x 1 inch

I did a fair amount of research looking for a double locking jack stand. I originally wanted the Omega (OME32068) 6 ton jack stands, but found out that Omega and Pro-lift are both under the same company Shinn Fu America. Which is why they look identical other than the paint job. Performance wise, they are sturdy and I feel safe when I am using them.

Very nice seem to be well made. So far have used with my car for over a week with no problems. My dad really liked them so When they are available again I will buy him two sets.

These Jack Stands are solidly constructed and very capable to do the job they are designed to do. The saddles fit my axels great. The feet are flat which prevents chipping little bits of concrete off of my garage floor. I picked these over others because of the second safety bar. When I'm under a vehicle I like any extra bit of safety I can have. The four jack pad adapters in the photo are not included.

Very good quality jack stand set. Price is the same as the Pittsburgh set from harbor freight, and has almost the same build quality and metal thickness. However these prolift stands have a wedge to “lock” the jack at whatever height you want as well as a secondary measure to keep the stand sturdy...the Pittsburgh stands do not. Stands held my Tacoma perfectly.

After I purchased my new car (Ford Explorer), I bought this jack set to replace a set of 2 ton ones that would not be safe enough to use any longer. They arrived packaged very well, and came undamaged. Once unpacked, they were well made and very sturdy. Welds appeared to be more than decent, and the double locking pin adds a degree of safety over the ratcheting release lever alone. Shipping weight lists them as 26.4lbs total, which equates to roughly 13lbs each. Judging by feel alone, each jack weighs close to that amount. There seems to be a question as to the capacity of this pair of jacks. The sticker on the jack states the capacity is 6 tons per pair, which should make each jack 3 tons each. I'll agree that Amazon needs to correct the product description for these jacks, but you can't knock stars off a review based on an inaccurate description. If you base your review on the product alone (build, price, features, etc), these are worthy of a 5 star review.

I have the same stands but it the shorter version and I've been very happy with them. I needed taller stands for some work I have to do on my truck so I ordered these taller stands. They are very well made and sturdy. I've had various stands in the over 50 years that I've worked on all my vehicles and I have to say that these are the best I've had. They're also a very good value. I'd definitetly buy them again if I needed to and, in fact, that's exactly what I did only I bought the taller versions this time. Great jack stands!

These aren't your wimpy, wimpy, wimpy jack stands. Bought these for working with my Ford Edge and other cars. I didn't want to skimp out on jack stands as I want to trust what's holding up my vehicle while I'm under there. Price was good enough for me to step up to these 6-tons versus lower-rated models. Having that rating gives me peace of mind that these won't easily fail as I won't be very close to that rating with my vehicles. Build quality seems very nice and I just can't see these things giving out with the max 2 tons I work with. Of course, stay safe and use other safety precautions alongside these just in case! Would heavily recommend these!
