Well made and makes the best poached eggs ever....I love the easy way to remove the cups from the pan. Excellent product.

We had to replace our old poaching pan because my husband forgot to add the water to the pan! Everything was fine, no emergencies, thank goodness. This new pan is like the Rolls Royce of poaching pans! It's solid but not too heavy and makes the perfect poached eggs. After getting the timer perfect, every egg has been perfect. Thank you PremiumWares!

I've cooked my husband and I breakfast with this and this is our favorite new kitchen toy. It's easy to use and easy to clean - can't do better than that! The eggs turn out perfectly, and we flop them over some toast, bacon slices, cheese, whatever! Be creative. Bet they'd be perfect for Eggs Benedict, too. USPS lost my first order on this (not the Seller's fault!) but I'm glad I persisted and reordered because it was worth it. Shipping was very fast. Thanks to Amazon, everything was resolved quickly and everyone is a happy camper.

I have used the egg poacher several times and love it. It came with very clear instructions that I followed and it cooked the eggs evenly and just the way I like them. The anti-stick is very good and the clean up was easy. I am impressed by the very good weight and quality of the pan. The knobs on each individual cup made it very easy to handle. I very highly recommend!

Best egg poacher product out there, bar none! I've used ones that you can microwave your eggs, but the result is not always consistent and many times the egg exploded causing painful cleaning up experience. THIS product is what you want and need if you love eggs for a healthy breakfast or snacks! The time it takes to boil water to provide steam to cook the egg is almost as quick as using the microwave with the other product, but with dependable result every times. For my experience, I used a little butter or olive oil and wipe down the cups first before I add the egg, Take a little time to do this and it's a guarantee the eggs will slide right off, of course you'll have to get a small spoon or a dull butter knife and separate the egg from the cup on top. Just be careful not to place your hands over the hot steam and it's highly advisable to remove the pan from the heat first. You'll just have to experiment with the length of time on steaming the egg. The more runny then the less time steaming, or if you like it to be more solidify with the yolk, then cook a couple minutes longer. It is VERY important that you do not put too much water in the pan and half an inch or less is highly recommended. After all, you're using steam to poach the egg so you don't want to drown them in boiling water (because it will if you add too much water into the pan).

I had resorted to a microwave egg 'poacher' because poaching in water was too unpredictable no matter whose 'tricks' I tried. They were always overcooked or the white wasn't cooked and there was always one more done than the other. Since the microwave cooks food from the inside out this isn't surprising, just disappointing when you want a poached egg. This 4 egg poacher works great! I just used a little cooking spray in the cup prior to putting the eggs in. Brought water to a light boil, put the eggs in, covered the pot, cooked for 5 minutes at a simmer and they were done perfectly. Nice runny yolk in the center with just a bit of sticky yolk around the edge, just the way we like them. They slid right out of the cups and onto my waiting buttered toast, no mess at all. I'll never do another microwaved egg. I'll be ordering the pan that does a dozen next for a men's breakfast I do. Eggs Benedict will be a great surprise. :-)

This is the best poacher I’ve ever owned. I like that using the egg cups are optional (meaning I can cook 1 egg or 4 or any number in between). The pan is nice and really heats up quickly. Much faster than normal pans I use. Best part: eggs really do not stick! Use a little spray, cook, tilt the egg and it slips right out! The “cup holder knobs” can get warm. Per instructions, I use a napkin to lift them out. That’s all you need. Easy to clean too. Been using every day and I love it!!

I have used this egg poacher a few times now and am still very impressed. It seems well built and is made of pretty hefty metal. Nothing about it feels cheap. It cooks eggs very well and can fit very large, home-raised eggs without any spillage. The plastic cup handles get pretty hot but can be handled (especially with a dish towel). The non-stick coating works well and is easy to clean. My only complaint would be that the pan is rather shallow and it is hard to get the right amount of water in the pan without having the water touch the egg cups. But I will get used to that.

I’ve cooked a lot of eggs during my 50+ years of marriage, and this morning, we enjoyed the best poached eggs!!! I’ve always enjoyed owning stainless steel pans... they don’t warp like aluminum. I thought the cups looked small, but they held large eggs without any problem. I sprayed each cup with a mist of Butter Pam and cooked four eggs, after bringing the water to a boil first; exactly 4 mins. and they were cooked to perfection. The little handles on each cup made removal so easy. I would definitely recommend this great egg poacher!!

This is a great, high quality egg poacher. The pan is heavy and cooks the eggs quickly and evenly. The non-stick coating inside the egg cups is the best I have ever had. The eggs slide out perfectly and easily. I would recommend this to anyone.
