Most comfortable knives I've held

I recently purchased these knives so I haven't had an opportunity to use them. But, as the Header states, these are the most comfortable knives I've held. A relative recently bought two different knives for a "Rivalry Weekend" Oyster Roast and while they functioned very well, they were uncomfortably small for my large hands. They also had a very hard polymer handle that made them even more awkward to control. These Rockland Guard Oyster Knives fit my hand perfectly and the rubberized grip will allow for plenty of torque to pop open those right out of the cooler! As stated, I haven't used them so I can't attest to the durability but they survived a run through the dishwasher. The tips may need a little "thinning" but that's an easy fix once I test them out.

Best Oyster Knives

It has been hard for me to find good sturdy oyster knives and I was in a pinch and needed some fast so I bought these. I'm so glad I did! Very durable the grip is nice on the handles and everyone loved them. I even had several people say they were going to order some for themselves.

These are nice and sturdy oyster shuckers with slightly textured handles so they don't slip out of your hand. Nice to have extras and the price was awesome. They came packaged well and shipped fast.

Nice shuckers

These oyster shucking knives have a real shure grip fill and are very strong. I like tip with sharp termination and will touch up to my liking. Bought three sets of 4. All the boys are getting these for Christmas.

blade needs reshaping and sharpening

The knife feels good in the hand .The blade is long enough to reach the muscle that holds the top and bottom shells together.However I had to sharpen and reshape the tip and blade so it would slip between the shells without braking them . Good knife needs a little tweaking

Great Shucker

Handle is big enough to get a firm grip and twist to pop open even difficult oysters. Blade is sturdy and I just pop mine in dishwasher for easy clean up. I have not had them long enough to rate durability, but the seem well made
