ER11 collets are designed for SMALL Machining, and they are Perfect for my CNC Mini Mill by Open Builds. I run a 48VDC Spindle that is very quiet and high RPM for Engraving with that Mill. I also have a SIEG "Nano Mill" that uses ER 11 Collets, So having an extra Chuck Spindle made sense, to build a small saw for cutting Brass. That is a design in progress.
