So far, so good

So far, so good. I had my old Keurig for many, many years...probably at least 5 years. It finally stopped brewing k-cups. I researched several models before deciding on this one. As I said...so far, so good. I do like the "strong" feature very much. This machine is also much less noisy. The noise with the old one didn't really bother me. I'm just pointing out the difference and that change can be good.

Works well

I had plodded along with a single serve Keurig for years and finally decided to buy one that would make more cups of coffee without doing a whole refill process. I really like this model. It doesn't take very long for the water to heat and then it can make multiple cups without waiting long for the next cup's water to be hot.

This machine does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I absolutely love this product. My old Coffee Maker died, and I decided to give a Keurig a try. Several problems that I had with my old machine have been resolved by getting this Keurig. Now I can have a cup of coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate when ever I want within about a minute. And the drink is HOT, VERY HOT as soon as it hits my cup. This machine does exactly what it is supposed to do. My Keurig makes me happy!

I really, really love the Keurig. The only thing wrong with it is the cover for the water container. Sometimes the cover looks as if it is securely on the water container and then when you close the pod container it knocks the lid/cover off of the water container. It only happens occasionally so it is not something I would complain about, however it is annoying. I have never had a Kuerig but the one we had at my last job never had this problem, so I thought I would mention it.

Fresh brewed coffee every time...love it!

I love my Keurig! Being able to brew a single cup of GOOD fresh coffee is a game changer...I seldom drank coffee because I don’t drink cup after cup, in fact, a lot of times I just drink one cup in the morning. Even a small 4 cup pot was too much and was awful if left on the heat for several hours or simply wasted if tossed out (even reheating in the microwave was unsatisfactory)...let’s face it, everyone LOVES fresh brewed coffee! Now, every cup is fresh brewed! Also note that pretty much every brand, flavor, and strength of coffee is avaliable in K-cups. For those of us that like bold (strong) coffee, it has a ‘stronger’ button...I like that.

Love it!

Make sure when you hook it up if the water does not pull through. pull out the filter run a cup through, then put the filter back in and do it again sometimes it just doesn't sit right with the filter upon the first cup of coffee pulled. Register your keurig because the people at keurig will replace it for free if they don't feel like telling you how to work on it either.

Very happy with K-Select model

Pods are expensive but the convenience the machine offers and ability to brew one cup at a time is very nice. My son and I both have this model (K-Select) and they work quite well.

Great for a single guy drinking a cup or two of coffee a day!!

Perfect for my 2 cups of coffee a day. This unit is good because of the water reservoir, the speed it takes to heat the water, and the user's ability to choose cup sizes (up to 12 oz). It's fast and pretty quiet. Now to save money on the pods I bought the 4 reusable k-cup solo filters so I can brew my own coffee's from organic deluxe to Folger's Classic and they all taste good. If you need to put your "roadie" cup in there to take with you, it's possible to remove the base to allow for the taller cup. All in all is a very good entry level Keurig for me that is perfect.

Why oh why didn't we get one of these earlier?

Love this Keurig. It works great. We have one at work just like it and at first I wasn't sure I'd ever want one at home. Let's just say I was not an early adopter. But after using the one at work I finally decided I wanted one at home, and bought this model. It has become a huge hit at our house and we use it for both tea and coffee. I had a lot of tea bags already, some of my favorite flavors which don't seem to be available in K-cups, but no worries -- I bought the reusable mesh K cups, which work great, just remove the paper tag from the teabag, plop the tea bag into one of those and presto, hot delicious tea. This Keurig is getting a pretty good workout and it is holding up nicely.

Keurig's simpliest brewer yet!

This is my third Keurig brewer and I like this one more than any other. This brewer will give hot water by just selecting the amount of ounces you need. I used to keep a self-fill K-cup in the brewer to get hot water. It is so nice to get hot water at the press of a button! It also brews a delightful cup of coffee. I believe that this brewer blows more of the water out of the K-cup when done. I also believe that the cup of coffee is hotter than with my old brewer. I love the simple controls and don't miss the display that was on my other brewers at all! Would definitely recommend to all.
