Great price, nice looking furniture

I bought two of these shelves for the entryway of my home. I was worried they would be cheap looking, but the positive reviews convinced me to buy them. I'm glad I did, they're a great deal for the price. I am transitioning my decorations to a modern farmhouse look, and these fit right in. The assembly was kind of a pain, but I put them together myself. If I had waited for my husband to help me, things would have been easier. But I didn't feel like waiting. :-) Once assembled with all the bolts tightened, the furniture is pretty sturdy. It's not real wood, but the grain pattern on the shelves looks okay. The iron supports are black with a powder finish. The shelves are perfectly sized for the items I wanted to display. I recommend!

Amazing seller & shelf unit

I love this unit! It’s perfect height & profile for my space. It arrived quickly & my husband dutifully set to assembling it. So, a little snafoo... the cross bars for stabilization were too large. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. We received the correct cross bars faster than expected & they fit perfectly & we’re loving our new shelf unit!

Considering this item is now sold out, I am so happy that I ordered it when I did. I wanted some sort of shelving unit for the end of our hallway, mainly for holding photos. The area we were placing it in isn’t that large, so we had to be very specific about the size of the unit. It was like this unit was made for where we placed it. It only took about 30 minutes for my husband and me to put it together. One last plus… We had purchased a unit from one of the warehouse stores a few months ago, but quickly realized it was too large for where we were putting it. That unit cost $120, and this one was less than half the price. Score! Incredibly happy with this purchase.

Love the style

I love this shelf. It was difficult for me to assemble, and my husband had to take over. It was packaged excellently and arrived in perfect condition. I love how it looks and the size is perfect for where I planned for it to go.

Love how this looks. Classy look for the price-conscious. Matches other products in this line (Songmics Vintage). Check the dimensions. This line of furniture is smaller than average. For me, the dimensions were perfect - it is for a smaller basement room with 7 foot ceilings, so smaller furniture is necessary / helpful to make the room look bigger. I also liked that I could arrange my books against the metal support poles on either side to keep them standing upright (no need to purchase bookends). If you have typical ceilings (8-9 feet) be sure to measure and know what to expect. This seller does make larger furniture if that's what you need. Assembly Instructions are basic but visually helpful - pay attention to the letter labels on the parts. The cross brace requires some strength to attach - put the four screws in loosely first if possible, then tighten all the way once all four are in place.

Just what I was looking for.

I bought two of these and they arrived two different days. Putting the first one together we ran into some problems. The pre drilled hole some some of the boards didn't line up. A bit of a slow down but thankfully we had a drill and improvised. We still put it together just as it should be. The second one arrived and we were prepared to do the same process as the first one, but this one we had no problems with and everything lined up perfectly. We are using these as multi media shelfs to hold xbox and etc. once we get the flooring completed and the wiring done. The measurements of the shelfs work perfectly for my needs.

Great Shelf

I purchased this shelf based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did. The shelf arrived in good shape from the shipping company (UPS). It didn't take too long to set up the shelf, and I have loved it ever since. I have purchased other furniture from VASAGLE to match this shelf. The shelf looks great in my office. I could not be happier with this product. I will be purchasing future VASAGLE products in the future, and I would recommend this product.

Looks sharp and stands sturdy. I did not think the directions were confusing, as some other reviewers mentioned. As packed for my order, all parts were clearly labeled and the drawings were simple and accurate; the assembler just needs to be attentive to one or two details in the early steps, and after that the rest is easy. Time to assemble was a little longer than I anticipated due to the number of fasteners, but that's what makes this piece sturdy. Overall, not too difficult or time-consuming to put together. It is the same dimensions as advertised. Due to the vantage point of the camera in the image used at time of my order (and this review), the casual observer may overestimate the height of this piece. The image I saw had the camera positioned at or just a bit lower than the highest shelf, so the image is about how it looks to an average adult sitting in a chair. I think the listing includes a drawing labeled with the key product dimensions, so look at that image before ordering. Incidentally, If anything or anybody in your house appears too tall / short, you can try standing up / sitting down as appropriate to alleviate the problem, at least temporarily. I tested that on these shelves, and it worked like a charm. For some reason, the width of the shelves remains the same regardless of whether I am standing or sitting, so I'll continue to research that.

Great quality.

Very easy to put together. Got it done in 30-45 minutes. Didn’t need extra tools. The quality of it is great and I’ve already stacked it with books and decor from my office. Very sturdy. It arrived a couple of days later than expected, but undamaged and with all the pieces necessary. It also included what’s needed to secure it to the wall and to add another bookshelf to the side if you had gotten that. I didn’t do either of those things so can’t attest for how well they work. Overall, I loved this purchase and would definitely buy again should I need more shelving space.

Great Buy, Very nice looking wood, smaller than expected highly recommend for small spaces

I saw the small box on my porch about 2 days after ordering it or maybe it was the day right after I ordered it? Anyways, came fast, small box, you do have to put it together but I barely had to look at the instructions at all, simple to assemble cept the little metal things they kept falling out so you might need help or just alot of patience with yourself haha, but anyways, once I had it put together it was alot smaller than I thought it was gunna be from the picture but I should have payed more attention to the dimensions. (Put this together while playing a video game if that tells you how simple it is) The wood look on this is very very nice, some caramelly colors mixed with some dark dark walnut, maple looks very good quality also, but its not real wood though. But I perfectly fine with that! It's not very heavy at all which is great so I can just pick it up to get behind it to clean and put it right back. It looks very cute with all my decor on it its super adorable! Just wish it was bigger is all! but it is great for a small 1 bedroom house like mine so it actually worked out for the better!!
